This restaurant has the worst customer service. I have never been to a Firehouse subs. A coworker ordered online and asked me to pick it up. I again had never been there or ordered online. When I walked in the door I saw a sign for "to go" orders so I went there. I waited several minutes and no one greeted me so I waved my hand and said hello to get someones attention.
