Apparently this franchise doesn’t let you redeem rewards or points in the store? Makes no sense. I had to order my food online while in the store just to redeem my points. I’m not sure if the guy at the counter was just misinformed or if this is actually a policy in this store- however, either way it’s kinda crazy. This caused me to have to wait an additional 15 min for my order simply bc I had to order online

I had a very disappointing experience at this Firehouse Subs location.
From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting and bare minimum communication from the staff when you ask questions. Almost as if they’re blatantly showing you that they don’t care to speak to you.
So the lack of customer service was evident!

However, when I finally received my sandwich, I was shocked to find it dry and unappetizing which is something I never experienced at this location.
I asked if it could be corrected, but instead of being helped, I was met with rudeness.
This kind of service is exactly why delivery services will continue to flourish as time passes by.
There’s just no reason to deal with poor in-store experiences especially when you’re a longtime customer.

Morgan is excellent. She has great customer service. I was working and ordering through Doordash, but it doesn't give you the option to add notes. I called the restaurant and asked Morgan to add a few things to my order, and she did everything I asked. Ask for Morgan, and she’ll get the JOB done!

This was my first time at Firehouse Subs, but won't be my last! The staff was friendly & my order was prepared quickly & was waiting when I picked it up. The food was great! I was highly impressed. They put Subway to shame. Keep up the great work!

Gave me food poisoning. Food was not thoroughly cooked. Learned that after I vomited. All employees had AirPods in too, as if to make it fully clear that they are not really listening or invested in their job.

There's no such thing as perfect but dangit if they don't try. Justin and the team portrayed excellence, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was presented with what a authentic and genuine display of customer service looks and feels like.
As a professional cook with over a decade of experience, the execution of the sandwich shows that attention and care was put into each step regardless of simplicity and/or complexity.
Would and will visit again. 9/10 (because no anime was on the TV screens haha)
