Went here during lunch the lady that took my order was abit snobby and the guy that helped fix my sandwich wasn't very friendly so I think I will order from Subway and Jersey Mike's instead and quit fooling with this place February 29th 2025

Quality of service has been slipping lately. Most recent issue is we were given the wrong sandwiches; Mine was the correct sandwich but with the incorrect additional toppings, my husbands was the wrong sandwich all together. Not sure if our order was mixed up with someone else's or not. We didn't realize until we had gotten back to work, by then we would not have been able to make it back out for a swap/replacement before our lunch break ended. We called right away to report the issue and were told the general manager was not present at the time, but would call us back. Still haven't heard anything back.

Never going back! I had a gift card ready to use and after almost 20 minutes with other people who came in after me were getting their food ( no one asked for a name, just randomly called out what each sandwich was), I asked for my money to be put back on my card. The employee acted like he put my amount back on. When I tried to use the card a few days later they hadn’t put money back on. They told me there was no regional manager to speak with, which is a lie because I met the regional manager at Cool Springs when I bought my Toyota across the street. I later heard people in Publix saying how bad the Charlotte Firehouse Sub store was and I told them my story.
They won’t be around long.

Ice cold disgusting food. So sad going downhill by the day I use to love firehouse subs . Employees are not preparing food correctly. Imagine how many sanitation errors they commit if they can't even take a order correctly. Nashville is basically a 50/50 if they don't mess your order up

I should have read the reviews before visiting this place.

The food was bad. I ordered a "hot" turkey sub. It tasted like they microwaved the turkey and cheese, and then they put it onto a cold/under-cooked/slightly soggy roll, alongside some limp lettuce.

The service was also not good. I ordered and paid for my sandwich, and then I sat around for a long time waiting for it (there were no other customers inside the restaurant). I went to the counter to ask, and several of the staff members laughed at me awkwardly.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place. Jersey Mike's and even Subway are significantly better.

The staff consistently ignores customers and provide the correct order less than 1/2 the time. Pickup at the side of the counter for online orders is abysmal as no one acknowledges your presence. You have to be blatantly rude to even receive an interaction with staff.

Not a single one of my online order request was fulfilled. Sandwich has tomatoes on it, was soggy instead of extra toasted, etc. I also ordered a bottled Coke and it was OPEN. I am disgusted.

Ordered a Smokehouse cheddar medium and a bowl of dumpling soup. Got home. My bowl of soup was only half full, and my sandwich was roast beef with mayo. Alot of money to payout to not get what I had ordered. Tried to call the store and had no answer. I'm very disappointed. I had not been feeling well the last few days, so I was looking forward to this.
