Horrible service. There’s no reason a to go order should take 20 more minutes than the app said. Teenager workers giggling when I asked if they were working on my order just added to the experience. 0/10 if I could give a 0.

Allergic to pickles asked for it to be removed and it was still on top of my sandwich.

Somebody must have been in a big hurry to disregard everything they knew about putting a sandwich in a box. This one got slapped in there face down, azz up. I'm glad this is a firehouse because I'm going to need help getting this wreck cleared up.

I ordered an Italian sub when it arrived it had no meat on it. I also ordered a steak sandwich combo and didn’t receive the drink or chips with this. I am very disappointed tried calling and they didn’t want to talk to me about it either

I realize staying open until 9 is late for that establishment, which is appreciated. But, I just walked in at 8:42 and was told they just turned everything off and couldn’t help me. Just close at 8 then so there aren’t stragglers. Bummer end to the night.

Thanks team! My food was too delicious! They were a little busy but it was no reason to delay my order. In less than 5 minutes I had a wonderful Cuban BBQ, hot and ready to enjoy.

Food is usually always good, but the cashier was rude. The receipt says Victor.
I get it, coming in almost close to closing for a family of 5 can be irritating but dang, don't let it show.

Update: just got home to see that my sandwich has hella Mayo on it, and none of the right toppings.
Now they're closed.

I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.
