I always get the brisket. Large ! Dry…….DRYYYY. I usually go to Thompson lane . After this I’m going back to Thompson lane. it tasted terrible . I threw it out. Thompson Firehouse I’m sorry for cheating on you. Please take me back

The last three times I've been in I have specifically told them no pickle yet every time without fail they always put it on there. Terrible listening skills by the staff. Do not come here if you want your sandwich prepared properly.

Horrible service. There’s no reason a to go order should take 20 more minutes than the app said. Teenager workers giggling when I asked if they were working on my order just added to the experience. 0/10 if I could give a 0.
Allergic to pickles asked for it to be removed and it was still on top of my sandwich.

Somebody must have been in a big hurry to disregard everything they knew about putting a sandwich in a box. This one got slapped in there face down, azz up. I'm glad this is a firehouse because I'm going to need help getting this wreck cleared up.
