A few friends of mine got food poisoning here. I called in to let management know along with what my friends ate there so that they could look out for the other customers and possibly throw out any bad food. The manager was a complete jerk and very dismissive. This happened in 2019 so a long time ago and hopefully management has changed since then.

I got Togo food, pick up time was 12:09P.M. I got there on time and food wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready so I went back up and it was just sitting there on the shelf getting cold. When I got home, the potatoes weren’t even cooked all the way and the bacon was too well done. The orange juice isn’t freshly squeezed, which is advertised on their website. And this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here.

Thank you first watch staff !! Today’s host was ready and happy to assist at arrival and our waitress was patient for others to arrive while “making it home” in the mean time. He came back multiple times to check we were well and that everything was correct. The food was incredibly good and fresh - I would eat here every day if I had to ! Thank you guys for your hospitality and joyful service.

Long time customer of this location, years. Haven’t been in last eight months. But remember this local was very fresh food, always good and rarely had to ask for anything. Ordered to go 2 weeks ago a roast beef and havarti sandwich, so salty horrible. Tried again today but they failed again. Ordered the rustic frittata and grits on the side; frittata was overcooked/dry no flavor, grits watery, was not given my greens when they did bring them they were saturated in oil, horrible. Ordered the traditional breakfast with million dollar bacon; potatoes were salty and some fully cooked others not, given 1 egg instead of 2 and the million dollar bacon was robbed, given thin bacon slices not the thick like in the past. Way over paid for what we got. Unfortunately, won’t be back not willing to try a 3rd time.
