I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I felt the owner really needs to know about this. Especially if you’re not Black, please take note before eating here.
I’m Asian. When I came in, there wasn’t a single customer, so it wasn’t busy at all. Yet none of the staff greeted me — they all just stared at me. My order took forever, and they didn’t say a single word while taking it. I accidentally forgot to mention a burger topping, but they didn’t bother to ask or check.
After I finished ordering, I said “thank you,” but there was no response. While I was eating, several new customers came in — all of them were Black — and the staff greeted them warmly.
I hate to think this way, but every employee there was Black, and they only greeted and smiled at Black customers. I honestly felt discriminated against because of my race. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
Not all Black people are like that, of course, but most of the ones here showed terrible manners. I will never come back to this place again.

I just wanted to share the great vibes I experienced at this location. You don’t normally expect such warmth and enthusiasm at a fast food chain, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and positive energy from the lady at the register.
She was friendly, playful, and genuinely excited to help us. She offered great suggestions, helped us decide what to order, and kept checking in to make sure we and the other customers were doing well. The rest of the crew was also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience stand out.
The place was clean, organized, and well-maintained — but what really made it special was the people. I’ve been to several Five Guys locations, but this one gave me by far the best experience.
I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but based on my receipt, I believe it might have been Hajar T. — and I just want to thank her for her kindness. I was having a tough day, and her genuine care truly lifted my spirits. She made a difference!
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and great people.
