The staff is just letting a Uber driver casually sit his dirty funky but on the counter while waiting for his pickup order where customers food often get placed it’s looks normal like he does it all the time disgusting

Probably the cleanest food places I have ever been too. My husband and I came for dinner everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Employees were also very nice and helpful.
Decent food. But ridiculously over priced. NO ONE should ever have to pay 20+ dollars for a burger and fries! This is not only an egregious act but its disrespectful to the consumer. It shows greed. For the price of one burger meal I could 3 meals from any other burger place.

Don’t usually review big chains but this spot deserves it. The lady running kitchen and the guy running the register (&working kitchen, too) were great. They’re extremely efficient, very communicative to eachother, talkative with guests. Made my patty & salad bowl perfectly.
I hope they’re recognized for their efforts. I appreciated you both!

Great food! If you eat Gluten free, they will do a lettuce wrap or bowl for you and avoid contact with anything containing Gluten. Awesome!

5 Guys is always great but this store was exceptional. My son and I grabbed lunch on Mother’s day Saturday on our way to do some shopping and we both remarked how nice the team was. Just normal nice folks making customers feel welcome and relaxed.
Where it went above and beyond is when an hour later I reached to grab my wallet to pay for a mother’s day present and it was gone. I called the store and they politely answered and even went to look where I was sitting. Unfortunately no wallet was found so I told them it must have fallen out of my pocket when I got in my truck. The man on the phone offered to run out and search the parking lot and HE FOUND MY WALLET!!!!!
The amount of trouble he saved me from cancelling credit cards, getting a new drivers license, etc was worth more than you know!
So anyway, they were already a nice group of people that made for a great lunch but really went above and beyond. I’m pretty much a 5 Guys fan for life at this point. Thanks again yall.

They suck at Uber eats always and I mean always make you wait extended periods of time and can never give accurate answers on wait time.

I came in and order a double bacon cheeseburger meal. Come to find out it doesn't come with a drink,I spent 25.57 on a burger and fries.Keep the free peanuts and no one ever eats all the fries... and give me a drink!!! You want me to pay another 4 dollars! I love 5 guys but will never be back at another location! High as hell and not worth it!!
