Went yesterday with the kids I was babysitting and the woman at the register was extremely helpful!! I wasn't sure what to order and she helped us get the right portions! She even ran me down when I left my purse in the booth when we left! Thanks five guys on white bridge!!

AMAZINGLY SCRUMPTIOUS!!! First off this place smells so good when you walk in. Our server Rafael was super friendly and helpful! Even though there was only two people at the time they got us our food really fast even with a small line. The food was delicious I got a cheeseburger and a medium Cajun fry to split with a friend. Staff is very cleanly we saw them wash hands frequently, clean work station, and clean dining room. Thank you so much Maria and Rafael for such good service!! :D

The Cajun French fries had far too much seasoning, so I wasn't able to finish eating them. There should be a combo option instead of having to order everything separately, especially since the burgers by themselves are $11+ each.

Wasted 20 minutes at this location. There were 4 cheerful and polite people working. It took 3 of them and 2 minutes to accept cash and make change. Then it took 2 of them to return the cash when they concluded 10 minutes later that they could not actually make a chocolate milkshake. I should have realized my mistake when I saw the room was empty at lunch hour while Jersey Mikes next door was packed. The locals must know to avoid.

This was the first 5g place I visited since 2019. Not happy. I hope other 5g places are doing better. Waited ~20 minutes for the burger. Fries were 2/5 at best soggy and salty, burger had all the ingredients, but squashed way too much and soggy as well. Not really clean at 9pm. $50 for two people (burger, fries, soda) is crazy bad value for money. Kind of ruined my memory of 5g being the best place for burger :/The service was otherwise good (I mean the guy taking the order). Free parking in front of the place.
