Went there on 12/3/25 and it was the best meal I’ve ever had from Five Guys nationwide. Tamra J and her coworkers made the best burger possible and I wish all five guys locations and worker could do the same since I don’t know when they’ll be back working.😣

My food was perfect! My burger was juicy and fresh, and the fries were seasoned so well. I loved every bite. However they forgot the second member of my party’s food as in they didn’t even put his Burger on our order. They got his fries and drink but never put in the order for his burger (we didn’t catch the mistake on our receipt) unfortunately we were in a rush and couldn’t stay around to fix this issue so my friend had to go hungry :(

I have been going to this store on a regular basis for two years and have ALWAYS felt very welcome by the staff, it always puts me in a good mood to come here. The food is delicious and there has been only 1 time in 20 they got our order wrong and it was just regular onions instead of grilled onions so, barely anything. Delicious food, good environment. :)

The food here is delicious as you would expect from any five guys. But the staff here is what makes this location stand out. They are super friendly, have wonderful senses of humor and very kind people. I love coming in here, it feels like my grandmamas kitchen. As long as I’m around Nashville I walk always get my burgers from here. Thank you everyone.

If you’re ordering Uber Eats or Door Dash, the quality will drop after 9pm. They’re ready to go home!!! I learned the hard way. I had 1/4 of a cup of mustard on my burger, EASY. Couldn’t eat it. Not even several napkins could sop up the excess. A very expensive lesson that left me hungry overnight.
I called for hours trying to get my food ordered and nothing i called up there for almost an hour and nothing it was a bad experience and when I came the guy didn't know how to work the register it was just a bad experience.

I came in there and they said that you just have to have Faith (one of the employee names). And Nunu was great. She had great customer service very friendly. Also Kim she was great, but that Nunu. She was awesome I love her. I will definitely be returning.
