They are responsive to every question and accommodate last-minute changes effortlessly, which is a testament to their commitment to client satisfaction. As workers in the service industry, every person on the vendor team has to embody a hospitality mindset, and every single server, bartender, and kitchen staff that Flavor hires embodies that same mindset.
Each menu for our clients is thoughtfully curated and each dish is beautifully presented, reflecting their attention to detail and culinary expertise.

Flavor did a fantastic job catering our April 2024 wedding. We had an incredible time at the tasting and they answered all of our questions. We also had a lot of changes to our final count the week of our wedding. They were so understanding and made sure we had everything we needed. To top everything off, the food is amazing! All of our guests raved about how good everything was.

We got married this past weekend and Flavor was an amazing vendor!! From our tasting we knew this was a no brainer for our wedding food. Bailey was so helpful and answered every question!Our guests RAVED about the food and the service team was phenomenal. They were attentive, prompt and so professional. Already looking forward to when we can book them for an event. Also the mini truffle grilled cheese is a MUST! Thank you, Flavor team!

You can never go wrong with hiring Flavor. Everything they have is delicious. Their staff is awesome. Their lead bartender, pastry chef, marketing and sales team. Everyone works so hard to make sure the end result is the event that you wanted. The owners are deeply rooted in the Austin community as well. They care about this town. And it shows.

Flavor Catering did a marvelous job catering my daughter's wedding. They could not have been easier to work with. We had a fun tasting experience, and the food was as good on the day of the wedding. They were flexible with our added vegans at the last minute, and their banana pudding was to die for! Ask for Maryanna and you will be glad you did!

We used Flavor for our surprise wedding and they knocked it out of the park as always. As an event planner, I've worked with Flavor on many different occasions and I am constantly blown away by their team and their food. For our wedding day, it was Flavor or bust. They initially were not available for our date, but once they were, we forfeited our deposit with the original caterer, because Flavor is just that good. And y'all the truffle grilled cheese is to die for!!Their food tastes incredible and their service is second to none. If you are looking for delicious food that your guests will love, look no further.

If I could give them 100/100 stars, I would. They catered our wedding, at the Estelle this past weekend and it was absolutely magical. They went above and beyond in making sure that our food was perfect. We didn't hear a single complaint from any of our guests... they all loved the food. YOU MUST TRY the lobster grilled cheese with truffle. It's to die for. The filets were cooked perfectly, and the food in general was just tremendous. We are so pleased with them and they deserve everything. Thank you!

Flavor catering is my favorite caterer I've ever worked with! Mary Nell went above in beyond setting up our menu, tasting and day of details then was onsite to mange the event as well. Their food is delicious (even for a 500 person plated dinner) and their staff is professional and efficient.

Just incredible! .... such wonderful food that was beautifully presented. Maryanna and her team at Flavor did a wonderful job catering our daughter's recent wedding for 200. From the strawberry field salad to the bite size desserts, it was all delicious! The flank steak was my personal favorite! Heard several people raving about the gouda mac and cheese! (We are all kids at heart!) The bar staff and the servers were all very professional, and moved seemlessly throughout the crowd passing appetizers and filling wine glasses! Can't recommend Flavor enough. Thanks to the cooks, the servers and all!

We can’t begin to say enough good things about Flavor! We just wrapped up our daughter’s wedding and the food and service was absolutely amazing! From the hand passed hors d’oeuvres to the dinner to the bar to the late night snacks…everything was flawless. Maryanna was fantastic, thorough, easy to work with and left no detail untouched. It was an event for 280 people and everyone felt like their meal was prepared just for them. Kids meals, gluten free, vegan…no problem, they’ve got it covered! You need a caterer? Call them, we highly recommend!

I've been to a lot of events in my lifetime and Flavor has provided the best food hands down. When you think of a very large wedding or gala, gourmet food does not come to mind. In fact, the food is usually not memorable at all. However, I've attended 2 fundraising galas for Davis House Child Advocacy center catered by Flavor and not only was the food amazing, so was the presentation. So much so that, for the first time ever, I asked who catered it. They're gourmet magicians, truly. They've also catered small meetings and were amazing but to do such an outstanding with a group of 350 is no small feat! I highly recommend them. I wish I had thought to take pictures for my review but I just had a friend ask if I could recommend a catering company and figured I would leave a review while I was thinking about them.On a more personal note, I help coordinate the Button Ball and brought my daughter this year. She really enjoyed the passed apps beforehand but the main food was a little too gourmet for her. I pulled a server aside and she rustled some more apps for my daughter. That was a...night saver. Nothing worse than a hangry child! Thanks Flavor!
