If you're looking for an authentic pub experience with a unique vibe, Fleet Street Pub is the place to be! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere transports you straight to England, with its cozy yet lively ambiance. Even the bathrooms add to the experience—with their striking red doors and eclectic decor, every detail here feels intentional and fun.

The food was fantastic. We had the chicken pie, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly hearty. The fish and chips delivered exactly what you'd expect from a classic English dish—crispy, golden-battered fish and perfectly cooked chips. The burger was solid as well, hitting all the right notes for a satisfying bite.

On top of that, the service was stellar! Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we never had to wait for a refill—our drinks seemed to appear as if by magic before we even finished the last sip.

Fleet Street is an excellent late-night spot tucked away in Printer’s Alley, making it a great find for anyone craving a welcoming, warm, and delicious pub experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

This place is a must visit for downtown Nashville! I got the potato soup and covent garden. The soup was absolutely amazing! The shallot vinaigrette on the salad was so good! My fiancé got the shepherd’s pie, it was to die for. 10/10 would recommend. Our bartender Chelsey was awesome!!

Popped in here for a bite while in Nashville, the menu is reasonably priced, the food all tasted fantastic, and the service was laid back.

We had bangers and mash, the burger, and soup & salad all of it was FANTASTIC!! Service was always available and quick, our waiter was very attentive despite the bar being full. 10/10 will come back..

This is definitely a dive type pub. I had low expectations, but our food was amazing. I had the lamb burger and wife had fish n chips and beef stew. Stew was thick you could eat it with a fork and delicious. The fish was a massive portion and also amazing. My lamb burger was solid and the fries were actually fantastic. I had to push the plate away so I would stop eating them. Bartender was super attentive and friendly.

The only negative thing for me is they were serving Guiness in a regular pint glass and it didn't taste fresh. Guiness has special shaped glasses for a reason.

Absolutely would go back. Cool spot.

So Nashville has a back alley basement bar with the best fish & chips and bread pudding I've ever had! And I've had some good ones. Genuine British-American underground pub atmosphere yet fits in perfect with Nashville's Printer's Alley. If you're tiring of all the honky tonk barbecue and hot chicken choices and with the crowds slip away here and leave totally satisfied with the food, service, atmosphere and pricing.

Only place to get $7.50 lunch I know of in Nashville.

Parking: Park and walk. It's in Printers ally, in the basement, which is great for a British pub.

All the food is made in-house and it's excellent. The fish and chips lunch special has no right to be as good as it is in Tennessee. The sauces, like the garlic aioli on their black bean burger, were rich and flavorful. The food cabs had malt vinegar and HP Sauce, and Coleman's Mustard was available upon request. The salads and the in-house vinaigrettes were refreshing, and never overdressed.

The PRICES were very reasonable. $7.50 for a generous lunch isn't found anywhere else that I could find in 5 days in Nashville.

My server, Sarah, was nothing short of an angel. I'm a difficult customer. I have a food allergy and I'm vocal about it; I don't want to get sick. She consulted the chef multiple times at my behest. She was courteous and generous, and I still felt the warmth of good hospitality from her, despite me knowing I was screwing up her lunch service.

I have a habit of finding the Celtic Pub in any city I go to. They're my home base, my safety blanket. Even amongst the mighty company of its contemporaries in towns like New York and Boston, Fleet Street Pub stands out.

This would be a nice place for a British style pub. But never the less, it was an American version British style food, drinks and service. Had to place orders between patrons at the bar, if you could get anyone's attention. Second beers came out with no blackcurrant cordial in them like we asked for. Might need a arteries cleaned after the amount of grease in the fish.

We had a party of four. There was one server and when we asked him where we should order food, he said the bar. Never mind that he was bringing drinks and food to other tables.

Now for the food. If you’re looking for authentic English food, this is not the place. I ordered the bacon sandwich and it was American bacon, not English bacon. It was greasy and not good.

My fiancé ordered fish and chips and they were very greasy and not good. The mushy peas were pitiful, they didn’t taste like English mushy peas.

Overall, this place is a sub par bar pretending to be an English pub. It’s great for tourism I guess. I do not recommend.

Had the bangers and mash, everything was good, not great. Blackfriers fries were good. Price point was appropriate for the size of the meal. Pimm's Cup was on point! Very cool Pub vibe.
