I love it all. The Donut Den is an adorable, cleverly styled, gathering place with the ambiance of an old school diner! Owner, Dr. Fox, is the kindest man in all the land. There are many new donuts shops in Nashville these days but I think this one is older. There are many choices and their donuts are lighter than other donuts. The atmosphere was so cute and nostalgic and stuff was kind.
Went here to try out the apple fritter and compare it to our local donut shop. I promised to leave a review so here it is. I will give it a 5 out of 5 stars!! It’s VERY tasty, however, it still comes up just a tad shy of the fritter at U. S. DONUTS in Martin. I highly recommend Fox’s for the fritter, or the old fashioned cake donuts, or whatever you prefer! Staff is friendly also! If you like a good donut, then give them a try!
