Had the biscuits and gravy, absolutely bland. Blueberry muffin, couldn't taste the blueberry.... The coffee was OK, maybe more of a coffee place than a food place.

Unhappy with the service. I was moved from my table saying they are cleaning up when there is still 2 hours left for close time. Took a while to get my waitress attention for my water. Ordered a mocha and pasta, she got me the pasta real quick and forgot about my mocha and again had to wait around to get her attention to ask about my mocha. It just looked like they are just in a hurry to get done with the shift.

This is a tourist trap for suckers who want to feel like they are in an episode of “Friends”. Which would be super cool if you actually got served semi decent food within a realistic time span. I’m not sure anyone here trains the staff that are serving the guests. The staff will just walk right by you and not even acknowledge you have been waiting for more than 5 min. The only people working are the poor baristas. There are plenty of people working there but will avoid eye contact with you as a customer and then go meander with the other staff members. I waited 15 min to get my coffee ordered at the bar and the barista poor dude who was clearly swamped- had to go the girl who walked by me 10x to actually come to work today to take my 1 coffee order. Sad man. Hold your staff to a higher standard. You’re better off at Starbucks. Seriously.

Frothy Monkey has set the bar for our coffee shop experiences. We often compare other new coffee shops we visit and so far, only Maman in Washington DC has ever come close. FM has some of the best breakfast offerings. We often go in and grab a ham and cheese twisted croissant when we are looking for something quick. They are SO good. The mulled ciders should not be missed, they use real mulling spices. My personal favorite coffee drink is their Monkey Mocha. I keep a bottle of their FM banana syrup stocked in my pantry. The Havana and seasonal Honeybee lattes are wonderful as well. Their syrups are made in house. Can be busy at times, but well worth the wait. Highly recommend Frothy Monkey!

Was here with a party of 8- took 30 min to get sat which was fine…. But then took 20-30 minutes to take our food order. Drinks took 15 minutes to get. Forgot our friends drink, took an hour to get our food. Again forgot our friends entire order, another persons side.. then to top it off I found a hair in my food after I was almost done eating 🤮
