Love the location. Not too busy on an early Friday morning, waited for table about 15 minutes. Waitress arrived promptly, brought water and my order: cappuccino and Broadbent Omelette. Waited 45+ minutes on Saturday mid afternoon. Got taken to a table inside...there were multiple tables open. Some of the tables not open, had young college kids drinking water and messing around on laptops.
