We had a very disappointing experience due to an undercover manager named Kaisa, who appeared to be on a power trip rather than focused on customer service.
We were dining as a family with two small children and were initially directed to the very back of the restaurant. We went in there on Saturday to order some coffees to enjoy while walking around. I ordered the Havana Latte Iced, my son ordered the Log Cabin Iced and my husband ordered a hot Southern Roots. The wait time for 3 coffees was 25 min, which the girl that rang us up did let us know. However after waiting 25 min they called my name, there were 2 iced drinks and 1 hot drink sitting there. Delicious coffee!! Had the French toast which was so good!! When the check came I was shocked…much le$$ than expected. I’ll definitely be back.
