I’d like to start off with WOW (Owen Wilson voice).. I didn’t catch his name (taller, shoulder length blonde hair) but WOW WOW WOW.. as a barista of 12 years, I’m rather picky with my lattes and used to bland warm dairy products especially when I visit shops out of my home state.. did I say WOW already? The milk was frothed PERFECTLY, stopped me in tracks and I had to say something.. the key to a perfect latte is the microfoam and this kid has the gift.. very very satisfied..

Not my first visit, maybe not the last visit, but, it'll definitely be a while though. I usually sit outside, but the seats were full, so I went inside which was actually pretty empty.
Our server was really really bad! I ordered an almond dearest latte, turns out I received a cortado. I ask the waitress about it, but was told the almond drink was actually a cortado. It definitely didn't taste anything like what I'd ordered but before I could even send it back someone came to the table to tell me that I was brought the wrong drink. Our server didn't even acknowledge. And that's when it started to go downhill.
My guest and I ordered a very very simple breakfast at 9:20, that we didn't receive until after 10:00. Our server didn't bother telling us that the kitchen was backed up, wasn't very responsive to answering questions about the pastries that were available, or even stopping by to check on us, during the lengthy stretch while we waited.
There's so many more things I could share, and we weren't the only ones who noticed the hiccup. Oddly enough, we were the last ones in our immediate area to actually receive our food, yet we were the first to sit down and we ordered before many of the other guests even arrived. It even took forever, to receive our check once requested. We watched her go from table to table, not even bothering to look our way.
I spoke to the manager, who was also pretty dismissive but slightly nicer.
I'd recommend another location...
