The coffee is the best! The service is subperb! The two girls who made my coffee were friendly attentive and so nice! Not only did they make the best coffee but had such a great conversation! Every time I come from NYC and visit Nashville my first stop is at the virgin hotel to get great coffee and great conversation. They always make me feel like I’m family! I highly recommend going here! Best service ! Best coffee! Best baristas behind the counter!

Funny Library is a staple for me - I shared this spot with so many friends and they absolutely love it! The hospitality is truly unmatched, coffee is unbelievable, and it's a great spot to network. The baristas have become good friends and it truly makes my day when I see them! The thoughtfulness and care they show towards their customers is incredible. So grateful for all they do - truly some of the hardest working people with the biggest hearts. Exclusively will drink iced vanilla lattes as long as these queens are making it!

Honestly the coffee wasn’t bad; however, the two workers were about the rudest baristas I’ve ever met. No respect and barely even showed any appreciation to the customers. Not welcoming at all. Both just sat and talked about the customers after they ordered/played on their phone. The girl working with long brown curly hair was the absolute worse. Witnessed multiple people try to ask her questions and she’d just roll her eyes or talk about them to the blonde girl after they left. Ridiculous. Because of this I’ll never come back and support this coffee shop. For my food (which was just a piece of avocado toast) and a coffee I paid about $24. Do not recommend this place solely off the rude staff!!!!! Such a disappointment, wish I could take my money back.

Very vibes place - cool people working and chill environment. Have a good variety of coffee and not coffee but still caffeine as well as snacks. 10/10 would come again. I got an iced caramel latte with almond milk. There are only once size for iced drinks and 2 sizes large or small for hot. My friend got a snow day which is white mocha something. She said she “hate(s) coffee but this one is okay”

Definitely felt out of place in there, as it's in a really nice hotel lobby. Food was alright, ordered a bagel and cream cheese for $7 and the cream cheese was just prepackaged. Kind of expected more, but that's alright. Coffee was ok. Not much is exceptional except for the service and decor.

We came here as we had some time to kill and it was so much fun! We ordered coffee, and grabbed a board game to play and we had a blast. The server was very sweet and offered us left over muffins (I think they were closing) and the lemon poppyseed muffin was amazing (and that’s coming from someone who is not a big fan of poppyseed muffins)! I would love to come back here again.Oh, if they have the Goosebumps specialty drink it’s amazing as well.

I came to Funny Library to work and get some coffee .. Boo ( the Barista ) was genuine, passion for his job and shined through in every interaction. From the moment I walked in, his enthusiasm made me feel like I was more than just a customer; I was a valued guest. His attention to detail and personalized service gave me my experience a unique touch. It's rare to encounter someone who treats their role with such dedication.
