Came here tonight with my family, our waitress was so rude. I’m not even the type to leave reviews and be like this but she was God awful. Made multiple rude comments, acted extremely aggravated with everything we did or said. I am a waitress myself and would never imagine acting the way she did. Plus the food took forever but a bit of hospitality could’ve made up for that.

this place does not close at 11:59 PM. I walked in at exactly 11 PM and was told they were closed.. Really disappointed because I could’ve gotten food when I was out instead of waiting until I got back to my hotel room.

The service was slow. The food was the worst I have had… cold, stale, etc. It was also incredibly overpriced. We really like coming to the Gaylord but this spot does not match well with the brand. You can do so much better.

We spent over 100$ for Buffalo mac and cheese that had been sitting there all day or just cooked super dry and sauce that had stuff in it and other food and drinks.. Definitely was not worth the weight or money. Definitely not a place I would recommend spending your hard-earned money. We tried eating the Mac and cheese but was terrible.. if the food had been sitting all day don't sell it...

Big place but nice. The food was good but expensive. Had the steak, which was too expensive for what you get. Liked the peppercorn sauce with it. Even put it on my fries

The food was great as was the atmosphere, but more importantly was our great service. Andrea was one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered, if I could have left more than 5 stars for service, she would’ve gotten it. Thank you for such great service Andrea!

As soon as I walked in, I observed that it gets quite busy. I decided to sit near the entrance, and that actually ended up being the best decision!
Kevin, who took care of my section, was able to ensure that the service I received was to the standards that I should expect while staying at the Gaylord Opryland. I look forward to our next stay.
Made some wonderful friends and had a good time! Prices are a bit steep but it is opryland hotel so that’s to be expected. A little upset the rose I bought for 60$ was actually only a 20$ bottle however when I googled it online. The servers were beyond kind.

Not sure why the reviews are so low. We ate here December 26th with our 2 year old. Service was a tad slow due to how busy it was but the food for all was really good. My wife had the steak she said was really tasty, I had the wings which were top class and the kids menu catered for all!
Don’t write it off based on the low score of you enjoy pub grub

This bar was open late, we stopped in after the opry show for dinner at 1030pm. Pretty good food. Little slow service but wasn't terrible.
