The chef actually came down and talked to me about their gluten free options. The waitress even adjusted my order to save money. The burger and loaded cheese fries were awesome.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Our server at our 12 top of business owners barely stopped at our table and wouldn’t split our check! I asked the manager Marcus who said - we can’t do it because Sean and he were “too busy”… just a piss poor attitude and customer

Wish I could give 0..thought the server was rude. Then I met the manager.. He made the server look like a saint. If you are in The hotel or convention center, choose anywhere else. Anywhere? Marcus was the manger. How he has a job I am not sure. If you have a party of 6 or more, simply do not go. The will aitongrat you, refuse to split bill, and then give you the worst service ever. When asking management about it, he states. We are busy. Deal with it. It would take server too long to seoerate to 4 bills. Wow. Never seen anything like this.. I've been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Stay away.

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Our waiter was rude & refused to give separate checks to those in our party who requested it. When the manager came to our table, Marcus, he was equally as rude giving the excuse that it would take Sean over 20 minutes to give separate checks & stated that he “can’t do anything about it” & proceeded to walk away. Not only was the food VERY overpriced due to being a restaurant in the hotel/convention center plus an automatic 20% gratuity automatically applied to our bill, the waiter (Sean) neglected to check in with our table to see how our food was nor refills on any of the drinks! Excuse me, but paying $5.00 for a fountain drink filled with ice & not receiving a refill is absolutely ridiculous! A few people at our table also had to ask numerous times for a to go back for leftovers.Do NOT waste your time or money going to this restaurant!

We were a table of 11, restaurant refused to separate checks. They stated they were too busy. Here for a business trip and it would have been nice to have my own receipt. Server did not return to see if our food was ok or to refill drinks. Very

Our server Mala, went above and beyond. She made sure we had extra chips for our appetizer, quickly served drinks, and made great recommendations from the menu. Our food; steak sandwich with chili cheese fries, and a Fuse salad with chicken, was great. Don’t expect cheap however. The bill for myself and my husband was around $100 for an app, 2 meals, and 3 beer. Beyond the service, Mala made some great suggestions for some out of the way music venues to check out! Only a 4 because of pricey bill.

This is a nice restaurant to meet up. Although, the noise level is a little high for conversion but the staff are great and the food is tasty. Yet I think things are a bit over rated and over priced for what you get. That being said it is one of the better places to eat in the Opryland Hotel.

I was really disappointed by the food and the slooooow service. While I am fine with and understand that you have to pay the increased hotel prices for convenience, this was a really bad experience. With so many good options in Nashville, I would suggest a trip outside of the hotel and save yourself an overpriced hotel meal.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at Fuse Sports Bar during our stay at the Gaylord. Mala was an incredible server and she is the reason we had such a great experience. She knows the menu so well and is sooooo sweet and personable. We will definitely always ask to be in her section anytime we stay here! She's AMAZING.The food was great and the drinks were good too! it isn't the most budget-friendly restaurant, but it is soooo worth it.We were nervous because we had a bad experience there two years ago, but I am so glad we decided to go back...IT WAS AWESOME!Dietary restrictions: They ask you before you are even seated if anyone in your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our party didn't have any, but I assume they are very accommodating, based on the sincerity of our waitress and the pre-seating questions.
