If you're looking for a good steak, go somewhere else. Worst filet mignon I've ever had hands down. Bland, poorly cooked, and worst of all, cold. The server was great, the jazz band was amazing, and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I'd go somewhere else.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Lobster bisque was outstanding. The rack of lamb was so perfect, and the char was just right, that I set aside my maners and cleaned the bones like a good southern girl.

Very disappointed in our experience tonight. We had a reservation but ended up at the bar because we were in a time crunch and thought that would be the faster route. The bartender was supposed to tell the hostess we were going to eat at the bar instead of the table, but I just received an email from Open Table that said otherwise. Tonight was our anniversary. We were never given a menu. We had to look it up on our phone. The 2 guys behind the bar seemed to let the girl do a majority of the work while they talked to each other or other employees. It was just an odd experience. The food was good though, so at least that was a positive.

Great place for date night. Sexy, moody, but approachable atmosphere. The jazz trio was just the right ambiance and having the TVs above the bar was not as much of a distraction as I thought it would be. He enjoyed the beer on tap while I loved the two bourbons that have been on my to try list. Service was friendly although they did get busy. I enjoyed the pork chops while my husband enjoyed his BBQ shrimp linguine. We shared the sautéed mushrooms which were cooked and seasoned well. Food took some time (pork chop was cooked well) but delicious. We both had plenty for leftovers. Would love to go back to try some of the signature drinks but they didn't really catch our eye this time; maybe rotate to include a few more spirits. We'll go back the next time we're in Nashville.

I rarely leave a review. For Gannons this is a must! Both the atmosphere and food were unforgettable. For apps we enjoyed the oysters. For dinner I enjoyed the Surf & Turf with a glass of Justin. My wife got the swordfish. Both dishes were very savory. We also shared the brussels sprouts. HAPPY MOUTHS! We were also visited by chef Gannons who was pleasant and inviting. This is a restaurant you want to call "your place". BRAVO! They also validate parking for the 4th & Commerce parking garage.

My friend and I only came here for the creme brûlée and it hit the spot. Great service and awesome jazz music too
Wow! This place had the best steak I've had in my whole life. Haha Great atmosphere and the band was amazing. The only negative is the bartenders were not attentive and my water was empty for about 20 minutes before me having to ask for another. Other than that, I'll definitely return!

Just fantastic! The live music was a very nice accompaniant to dinner. The food and drinks were excellent. My husband had an Old Fashioned he was very pleased with, and I had the Brandywine Sangria (a very tasty take on sangria). For dinner we had the wedge salad, Eggplant Olivia appetizer, Double Cut Pork Chop, and the Prime Rib. Next time we will share an entree because each of our dinners were literally about a pound of meat. The portions were huge! Best prime rib I've had in a long time and the pork chop was divine. What a hidden gem. The only downside was that it was way too cold inside (and I'm never cold). We will definitely be back! Can't wait to try the rack of lamb! Great job Gannon's!
