Samurai Sushi had a couple locations in Nashville, and I’ve eaten takeout from the one on Elliston, and this location in Germantown—although Germantown is my regular haunt.Samurai is midrange in terms of cost, but the portions are good, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are pretty great. I really like how they allow you to substitute soy paper for seaweed in their rolls, since I’m not a huge fan of the texture of seaweed.Try the jalapeño bombs for an appetizer,...
