Between flights we stopped by for lunch and were seated next to a large trash can used by the staff to throw away table trash. That was not enjoyable. There was live music and it was very loud and awful. The Q Reader did not work properly so paper menus that looked old and battered were brought to our table to use. The food had a good portion size but was nothing special.

Obvoiusly only open to make a quick buck. Food served on throw away cheap picnic plates & plasticware. Expensive but sub par food. Avoid this rip off at all costs. Ugh!

ok i read the reviews and understand some, our meal was ok, but the service was great, 4 meals very good, one meal chicken sandwich under cooked server offered to replace with same or another meal but person was scared and didn't want to. unfortunately there aren't many choices in that area of terminal there was a woman singing and playing guitar for tips she was very good. i would tray meal again after COVID

It looks like a full service restaurant, but don't let that fool you! We were seated at a table and like many places during COVID, we accessed the menu via our phones. Like other tables near us, we had trouble placing an order via the app. We were thinking about leaving when someone came by and said she would enter the order for us. We ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Wings. The food was terrible. I would definitely avoid this Cafe next time we are flying out of Nashville.

We are here during a layover. We got a burger and a salad. Probably the worst quality meal I’ve had in 5 years. Wish I would have looked at the TA reviews before sitting down. You are better off going to Burger King a few doors down.

Only reason I’m giving one star (instead of zero) is because the server was efficient and friendly. The $14 glass of house wine that I got was obviously watered down and very unfortunate-tasting. The obscenely overpriced “boneless wings” that I got were cold Tyson chicken nuggets that somebody had poured some Buffalo sauce on. Don’t waste your time or money unless you’re as desperately hungry as I was when I ate here.

While waiting in line to be seated not because of no tables available but because of the waitress not ready to seat any more people. They made no eye contact while passing by several times. When I asked should we seat ourselves the response was a "no". I watched as she grabbed a used rag off the bar to wipe off multiple tables with no type of cleaner or disinfectant. Then returned the rag to the bar where the bartender proceeded to wipe off the bar again with no cleaner or disinfectant. We left at that point. Way to keep patrons safe Gibson Cafe with the unprofessional wait staff!

Heard live music so was optimistic. Waited a good ten minutes before even being acknowledged, and then were seated right next to a server order station. Menu limited...unsurprising COVID effect...and while the turkey reuben was good, it was kinda pricey for what you got. Unless you want a shot of something, beer and wine selection is limited, and also a little pricey. Took longer to get in and out than I hoped..will pass on this place next time. Servers are nice enough...just a little disengaged maybe?

Food wasn't good at all. I think the "chips" were made 2 days prior and then microwaved. I then witnessed the bartender sit a family of 4 and tell them the kitchen would be closing in 12 minutes but they had enough time to order. Not one employee came back to serve them and they were then told that yhe kitchen was closed and they could only order drinks to-go. Bad food, bad customer service, but they did serve alcohol so it will get you through a lay-over if need be
