Cant write enough amazing things about this bakery and these people! First, and most importantly, they took time during their short vacation to make me a cake for my wedding anniversary. The owner is truly the best and sweetest human.

Secondly, their treats are actual heaven. My whole family goes nuts over their baked goods (the crullers are TO DIE FOR).
Praying they open a second location closer to me but for now I will continue to make the hour+ drive for the best allergy friendly treats in TN!

Gluten Free Goose is a dream for anyone with celiac — everything is 100% safe and so delicious! Their cakes, crullers, and pumpkin muffins are my absolute favorites, and I never have to worry about cross-contamination. Amy, the owner, is not only kind and welcoming but also one of the most generous people in our community. You can feel the heart she pours into both her food and the people around her. Truly a treasure!

I’ve tried gluten free bakeries all over the world, GFG might be better than all of them??? Cried eating the biscuit, died and went to heaven over the French cruller.

Very small bakery and the pastries tasted really dry not as described (I'm gluten/ dairy free so have tasted a lot) definitely not worth the high price tag, very disappointed. Can't find ingredients online as I was worried about food sensitivities so it's ironic they aren't transparent in their ingredients anywhere.

Owner was very rude when contacting. I'm sure will comment back rudely as well.

Wouldn't trust, so spend your money at farmers markets where they list the ingredients on their food items and taste fresh!

Took my celiac friend here and honestly? Worth the 1.5 hour drive. Watching her decide what to get was funny because EVERYTHING is gluten free. She chose the apple fritter and I swear she cried after the first bite. She hadn’t had one in two years. She said it was amazing. I had the pumpkin muffin and holy hell that was amazing. They heard pumpkin SPICE and brought the spice. The most flavorful pumpkin muffin I’ve ever had. And the young lady that checked us out? A total sweetheart. You can tell she loves working there. 100/10 would go again in a heartbeat.

This was a lovely surprise! On our way through Nashville, We held over for a night just to try out this gluten feee bakery! And boy are we glad we did!!
Delicious sweets! French crueller, Boston creme, pop-tarts, cinnamon rolls, pretzel bites, oatmeal creme pie, scones, apple fritter and more!
For savory the had a chicken sausage, egg and cheese biscuit! Delicious!
They are only open three days a week.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
So plan accordingly.
Also, it appears that they take holiday breaks too. At 30 day increments. So make sure that they are not closed if you are planning!!

I was so delighted to see a selection of GFG pastries at Vanderbilt Hospital! I haven't been to the actual bakery, but the scone I had at Vanderbilt was absolutely delicious- you would never know it was gluten free! I have to imagine it's only better at the bakery!

I have Celiac disease and I am also vegan, and I love that GFG almost always has a delicious pastry option I can eat. I also work at Vanderbilt Hospital and was super excited to find a section of the cafeteria with Gluten Free Goose pastries!! I am sitting here on my break enjoying a wonderful lemon scone. Hoping you guys stick around at Vandy! Thanks for coming here!

Great atmosphere and my mom loved her gluten free treats. I only give it a 4/5 because the owner seemed a little rude and snappy. Other than that it was great the lady who helped me was very sweet

The Gluten Free Goose is an absolute MUST for anyone in the Nashville area - gluten free or gluten friendly. The pastry were beyond AMAZING. Period. I was in town with family and a few are celiac. I heard great things about the GFG and was there bright and early on a Saturday morning. The shop is bright, welcoming and there are no words to describe the delicious scent that greets you at the door. The staff are so lovely and the owner is delightful! We had the cinnamon pop tart, raspberry danish, banana chocolate muffin, key lime donut, cranberry orange scone, eclair, cinnamon roll,
blueberry muffin and the one we all fought over - the apple fritter. The flavors are exquisite and perfect. The pastry were flavorful, soft and just delightful. Whatever your gluten status is, the pastry at the Gluten Free Goose is far and away the best you will find in the Nashville area.
