I’ve tried to walk in here on 2 different occasions. Both times I believed I was coming in during business hours that are stated on there google page. Both times I have come in/ tired to come in, the employees have been so rude. The first time the employees had closed early (not to my knowledge) due to selling out. I tried to open the door and I was greeted with nasty looks and motioned to go away. I decided to give it another chance and go back in to buy a few things for a birthday. I walked in right as they openedat 7am because I have to work.( I have now looked and yes I was mistaken on the closed days BUT even if I hadn’t looked at google: 1.the doors were open 2.lights on 3.people working. I would have walked in anyway) I was greeted with“ um yes? What are you doing?”“hi ! it said you guys were supposed to be open”“ well we aren’t, we are prepping for tomorrow.”“ dang that’s puts a damper on things. i’m buying for a birthday”“ What?”“ I would’ve been buying for a birthday”Keeps looking at me nastily and then silentlygestures me out locking immediately behind meI know I have never eaten here but I will never try it due to the lack of kindness I have experienced from their people. I’m not asking for someone to be over nice to me. Just looking for someone in the customer service industry to not be snippy and rude to me.

Non-local. Google search for gluten free in the area. Did not disappoint! Glad I got there early though, line was out the door. They are quick and efficient though. The breakfast biscuit sandwich hit the spot. Got a little of practically everything can’t wait to try all of it. The berry pop tart was perfect and the eclair was delicious as well! As a traveling celiac, this was the best gluten free bakery I have ever experienced. The food was incredible and tastes exactly what I remember gluten filled food tasting like. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is.Dietary restrictions: Completely gluten free and safe from cross contamination.
I was surprised with the variety of baked goods, and happy there were a few savory items. The sausage and cheese biscuit was hot and fresh and the biscuit texture was perfect. The cruller was everything I hoped it would be. Light, airy and sweet. I also got a scone and sourdough baguette, both were also delicious. I would highly recommend!

My first time going here, great experience. The owner very nice lady! Got the carrot cake and it was yummy. I’m not sure when it was baked because it didn’t have date on the box, I felt like it wasn’t very fresh but it still tasted good!! Will try other cakes here again soon.

The GF Goose is a destination for anyone in Nashville and looking for GF options (which are very limited). I got a bit carried away on my first visit and got a bit of everything. Every thing was absolutely amazing. I’m glad that I don’t live closer because my wallet would definitely be in trouble. I’m so thankful to have somewhere in Nashville that is so mindful of food allergies. I’ll definitely be making it back.
As a gluten-free consumer, baked goods can be hard. That is not the case here. The Gluten Free Goose provides delicious pastries and bread goods that I thought I'd never enjoy again. Bravo to a business that gets it right! (My guilty pleasure is the eggnog cream puffs -- yum!) I'm glad they are a part of the Nashville community!
