OK my husband went through the drive thru there and got my coffee and they of course get it wrong every day but today when he asked for the sugar he told them he need and she did give she Throw them in his face ...that is assault it was the short Mexican lady who is a Manger

Now I know every situation has a reason for poor service, but I can not figure this one out. Not only were they understaffed, it took forever and my order was not close even after trying two more times. Homeless asking for money inside the restaurant and a very sketchy area. I would avoid at all costs. Beware!

we ordered at the Kiosk and was instructed to take a table tent with a number and wait at a table. They were NEVER going to bring our order to the table as was advertised ALL over the restaurant. Everything in the place was sticky - YUCK! Everything was cooked in very old dirty oil! We had to get wipes from our car and clean the table. the buns were extremely tough. This area must have better choices. There were numerous hand sanitizer dispensers. ALL of them were empty, and sticky. EVERYTHING was sticky!

Was impressed with how quick the drive thru was and the quality of the food. Was able to walk in safety to this restaurant. Close to a lot of businesses.

the food was cold and they didn't get the order right the girl at the window said pull up for the rest of the order and they would bring it out to us then we set there for over 30 minutes waiting they answered the phone then hung up on us and called back and they picked up the phone and set it down for almost 20 minutes so that we just listened to them. Finally got mad went threw the drive thru again and the manager named Maria screamed at us and told us we can leave and slammed the window in our face at the Donaldson McGavock Pike store

We ordered a Chicken McNugget Happy Meal at around 8pm tonight. The nuggets were sprinkled with cayenne pepper or some other kind of hot chili powder. My toddler could not eat it. It is okay for older kids who might like spicy foods, but not in a Happy Meal. We also paid for 2 McFlurries which we never got.

We all love McDonald's, and we each have our favorite things, such as when the McRib sandwiches come out, or the 2-fors, or the wonderful French fries that never seem to be less than perfect when you take your first bite and enjoy them to the last. One thing, however, is their milk. This Donelson location in Tennessee serves the freshest, iciest cold milk I have ever experienced. I now pass TWO McDonald's to get to this one drive-thru location that never lets me down. There is nothing better tasting at any time of the day than two helpings (for me) of this icy cold milk. Other McDonald's have cold milk, but the temperature seems much warmer. The milk from the Donelson location actually makes my teeth go numb! On a hot day, there is nothing more thirst quenching and tasty. I'm lovin' it, McDonald's!!!

I (hesitantly) went through the drive thru yesterday and this McDonald’s was extremely busy- they not only got the line through extremely fast but my meal was perfectly cooked.......I’m extremely impressed with this McDonald’s!!!!!!!

Ya’ll Night Manager needs to take a class in customer service. My boyfriend and I had the same problem with the same manager twice. What is so hard about making the food the way your customers request. I don’t think asking for fresh or well done food is such a difficult request. Went there tonight ordered fresh fish and fresh well done fries. The fish was old like it was sitting for a while and the fries were Luke warm at best. The gentleman at the window said it was fresh. Luke warm is not fresh so try again sir. Been to this Mc Donald’s during the day and we never have this problem. Your night manager needs a reality check. If you can’t have better customer service lady i suggest you find another job!!!!!!
