Great American Cookies

We got one of your cookies for our 13 year olds birthday and turned out wonderfully in design and taste. We will definitely be back!

I was not impressed with American Cookie Company in Mandeviile , La. I. Bought a $71.00 square cookie cake with the fish decoration on it. Just one big fish !!! On the web site it was $59.00. At the store the same cake was $71.00. Was not even fresh. Very disappointed. Everyone asked where it came from so they know not to get one from there The best part is I called and that was 4 days ago and the manager was supposed to call me back. Her name is Katie so I was told. I’m not calling back again but leaving a bad review. I would think I should have gotten a call by now but shows that this manager doesn’t care. I will never order from them again. At least not the location in Mandeville,La

I am so impressed with the manager Nicole at the Arnold Blvd., Lafayette, LA store. There was a mixup in our order and she took care of everything we needed in a very positive and helpful way! I bring my grandchildren there often for ice cream and or cookies. The staff is always very attentive, smiling and helpful. We order cakes from there all the time, and they are always made fresh and delicious! Awesome store! Awesome management! Awesome staff! Great for Lafayette, Louisiana!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Most awful cookies I’ve ever had.

Both of these orders were “last minute” in my opinion on ordering and they turned out so amazing. Day of ordering, delicious, so creative! Can’t wait for the next occasion

My Family and I came to Marble Slab/Maggie Moo's 15 minutes before closing but Shem and Shenick Welcomed Us in with Smiles. Even though it was the end of their shift, they did not have nasty attitudes or a bad demeanor. I usually do not right reviews but the experience was so pleasant, I could feel the love even in the ice cream. Which for me makes food taste better. This was wonderful end to a Beautiful night, especially since it was my Birthday❤️🤗
