First time visiting this store my experience was good, Staffs was welcoming as they greet you when you enter. Tiffany was my server think she was the lead or something by my supervision, She was very polite and customer friendly good sales person too, I’ll definitely be visiting back cookie’s freshly baked

I'm a delivery driver, the person behind the counter made me wait an extra 25 minutes as the cake that I was supposed to deliver was in the counter ready the whole time. As it's obvious that product and punctuality is not a priot6ti this business.

This place is awesome, especially Katie!! I am super last minute and asked if they could do anything smaller than the 16in round for my boyfriends birthday. They didn’t have a cake that size but she decorated cookie slices for me in under 15 minutes and they look AWESOME!!!! So so thankful and impressed!!

We’ve ordered several cookie cakes online and they’ve all been great! Beautifully decorated and good customer service.

Disappointed! The cookie wasn't cooked all the way through. My daughter was upset her cookie loomed awful. Also, it was missing the flowers. The picture speaks for itself. This looks nothing like the picture. Update corporate reached out and didn't care. Choose better and don't order from this place.
