I ordered a unicorn-themed cookie cake with a “Happy Birthday” message for my friend’s birthday, and when it was picked up, there was no unicorn design on the cake at all — which was the entire theme.
I called the store to see if there was any way to fix the issue, and the experience was honestly worse than the mistake itself. The employee I spoke with was incredibly condescending, insisted his receipt didn’t mention a unicorn, and refused to offer any kind of solution. When I told him I would be contacting corporate, he actually laughed and then hung up on me.
This was for my friend’s birthday, so it was really disappointing. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled — with zero accountability or basic customer service — is completely unacceptable.
I would have been understanding if there had been any effort to fix the situation, but instead I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Horrible customer service! The woman didn’t speak and acted like we were bothering her on her day off. She put the wrong cookie in my bag and when I asked her about it she was very rude and slammed the right one into a bag. If my city had the pecan supreme cookies I would have just walked away! Learn how to treat people who are supporting your business!!!!!

The cookies were amazing as always but the customer service was not very nice and the special with the 5 cookies get 1 free the man forgot my cookie after i told him that it was 5 and not 6 in the bag. After i try to correct him he passed on to the next customer.
Asked for a certain design and colors they made it just the way we wanted!! Amazing service too!!
