This is apparently the only food option when you aren't checked into the security gate. Spent $13 for a tiny premade breakfast burrito. Would not recommend, but unfortunately it's the only choice when you are waiting to check your bag

Great mocha frappe, which has an almost hot chocolate flavor to it. The only downside to this place is the live music that occasionally plays right outside. It's way too loud.

Many have mastered the art of gluten free baking, this place has not. The gluten free maple pecan muffin was hard as a rock! $5 wasted

Slow service, limited choices for a purported coffee shop. Worn out and unkempt seating area.

My brother was there yesterday and he’s a blind veteran.you’re customers service really sucks . My brother spoke out and asked where the counter was so he could get a cup coffee and was totally ignored. It was complete strangers asked my brother if he needs assistance and he said yes that he wanted a cup coffee. Finally he ordered his coffee and this complete strangers helped him back to his set and she was not happy with the customer service at the coffee shop. Hope your customer service doesn’t treat all disabled people this way.

Price has doubled in a year. $16 for a small ceasar salad. $14 for a small egg and bacon croissant when last year it was $7

I am only leaving a review because I am shocked that I just paid almost $15 for a breakfast sandwich here. I will not come back because of the price. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Terrible food, very dry pastries, but awesome live jazz band and nice to have a place to hang out in the airport before security. Burrito was clearly pre frozen and wasn’t fully warmed up - cold in the middle. half of our group couldn’t finish the food they ordered.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie. It was fresh but didn't have much strawberry flavor. However, it's the only place where I could wait for someone in BNA. Next time, I think I'll order coffee instead."

Unfriendly staff. I ordered a ham and egg croissant that tasted good but the croissant was stuck/burned to the paper. Coffee was good.

Very u professional. Many black employees of the airport hanging around for half an hour at a time talking and clowning with girls that work here and screaming and laughing. It's horrible. One very short girl is so loud I couldn't hear my phone conversation. And she is cussing!

For us coffee lovers, Green Beans is a welcomed change from Starbucks. Their black coffee is smooth, non-bitter, and just fantastic, but so SO hot!! Be careful, truly. I mean, I like my coffee piping hot, but I had to take the lid off and let it cool a bit.I relaxed here while waiting for a friend to land. Most of the tables have enough room for your luggage. It's an airport coffee shop, so don't expect too much. But between the live music and good coffee, I had a great experience.
