I visited Green Beans Coffee Co. at the Nashville Airport and it was honestly the worst coffee I’ve ever been served.

The bald employee with glasses who attended us was very rude and unfriendly. He prepared the exact same coffee and told us that one was a macchiato and the other a cappuccino, which clearly showed a lack of professionalism. The coffee tasted burnt, almost as if it was done on purpose.

The croissant was very good, I will give credit for that. However, the service and the coffee were terrible. The way this employee treated us was completely disrespectful and unacceptable for someone working with the public.

Overall, a very bad experience. This gentleman should not be attending customers.

The bald man with glasses is so unprofessional and rude and I don’t like seeing someone’s butt crack when ordering coffee

My spouse deplaned and wanted to grab a coffee, bc of a 2 plus hour drive to her destination. There was only one person working there was loud live music this contributed to her order going completely wrong she ordered a cafe latte w/skim milk what she received was a chocolatey drink that had sugar. (Our guess is that it was a cafe mocha) this was not discovered until she was well away from the counter. The mix up caused a migraine as chocolate is a trigger. The sugar was an issue as she has been on a no-sugar diet for some time. I will be flying out of BNA in the future this will not be a stop for coffee.

Great coffee, pastries, and service. You can go before you check in through TSA. It has a very cool vibe and multiple pastry options. The man who took our order was very nice. I highly recommend going here.

Don't buy the breakfast burrito...$13.95 for a half size burrito, eggs and red e all diced up miniature, all you can taste is bell pepper, there's supposed to be meat in there but I haven't found it. Biggest ripoff ever.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. EXTREMELY slow. Breakfast sandwich was hard and overcooked. The seating area was filthy. They should be embarrassed to treat customers like this.

This is apparently the only food option when you aren't checked into the security gate. Spent $13 for a tiny premade breakfast burrito. Would not recommend, but unfortunately it's the only choice when you are waiting to check your bag

Great mocha frappe, which has an almost hot chocolate flavor to it. The only downside to this place is the live music that occasionally plays right outside. It's way too loud.

Many have mastered the art of gluten free baking, this place has not. The gluten free maple pecan muffin was hard as a rock! $5 wasted
