Very u professional. Many black employees of the airport hanging around for half an hour at a time talking and clowning with girls that work here and screaming and laughing. It's horrible. One very short girl is so loud I couldn't hear my phone conversation. And she is cussing!

For us coffee lovers, Green Beans is a welcomed change from Starbucks. Their black coffee is smooth, non-bitter, and just fantastic, but so SO hot!! Be careful, truly. I mean, I like my coffee piping hot, but I had to take the lid off and let it cool a bit.I relaxed here while waiting for a friend to land. Most of the tables have enough room for your luggage. It's an airport coffee shop, so don't expect too much. But between the live music and good coffee, I had a great experience.

I AM BLOWN AWAY!!! Snow storm and so many people stranded BUT this establishment is serving the masses! So efficient, they are like synchronized swimmers. Orders being placed are filled by employees hearing the request and just delivering to counter. The option for beverages and food range from soup, sandwiches to lattes and wine and beer. Chocolate croissants. And more. This staff hopefully is appreciated by their management team!

The service was very good, very nice people. The hot chocolate was absolutely scrumptious, some of the best I have ever had! The atmosphere is my type of style, simplistic and modern. Keep up the great work, Green Beans Coffee! ☕️Wheelchair accessibility: There are no ramps, it is just a flatsurfaced floor!

Arrived a couple hours before I could check my bags so limited to what is available before security and there are ZERO vegetarian options. Staff very friendly but how they don't even have a salad that doesn't have chicken on it is extremely frustrating. Nashville Airport you have to be better.

Only had one person working at around noon. She was amazing, didn’t catch her name but she made my day with how nice she was with how many customers she was

The cold brew gave me severe stomach cramps, anxiety, and a headache. I'm able to tolerate a Starbucks cold brew perfectly fine, but Green Bean's left me debilitated for the rest of the day.

The coffee was good, but the service was a little inattentive and they didn't have much in the way of food or snacks. Of course, I don't expect much from a place located in an airport, but with all the updates at Nashville airport it feels like Green Beans Coffee should be better. I was happy with the coffee, but the rest of the experience was lacking.

This place has horrible customer service. I purchased a dark roast coffee for my wife at ATL Airport North Terminal A12 by SouthwestAirlinesTerminal. My wife had couple sips and stopped drinking and said the coffee tasted horrible. I then took couple of sips as well and coffee did taste like its very old or the cream was bad. It tasted rotten smell. I took the coffee back to the store and spoke with white man with glasses and I told him coffee tasted really bad and asked if He could replace with light roast. He said open the coffee and he saw about quarter of it is gone and he said you bought the about 30 mins ago and I replied its like 10 mins ago per the time stamp on the receipt. He then said we drank too much which was quarter cup and per company regulation they cannot replace the coffees. I said that is ridiculous policy due to my son is mgr at Starbucks and they would replace it with no questions asked. He just gave me a dirty look and I just left the coffee at the counter and keft the store.

Baristas here are super friendly shoutout to Tonny he knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know. Strong coffee which is also something I love because I hate buying a coffee that doesn't make me feel caffeinated.

Green Beans Coffee sits right outside the South Terminal exit. While most people access on their way out of BNA, you can access before you head through security...as long as you drink it all first! I swung by on my way out during my latest trip as the lines for the other local and/or national coffee shops inside of the terminals were all too long. There is a decent space with several tables and counters, all of which had easy access to plugs. Their menu consists of all the coffee shop standards including hot or cold coffees, specialty coffees and teas along with assorted pastries and breakfast items. The also have a grab and go area with bottled drinks and chilled snacks and meals. As I was passing by and headed out, I popped in for an iced mocha. Prices weren't that bad considering it was an airport, but the product was lacking. I ordered my coffee and the barista pulls out a big plastic container from the fridge and haphazardly pours my coffee into a cup that is barely coated with chocolate sauce. He then shakes it around and slides it over. Again, know it is an airport spot, so it gets a lot of traffic, wear and tear...but the cleanliness here was lacking. The accessory station was littered with trash, not well stocked, while the floor was also showing a need for a good sweeping. Overall, Green Beans was just ok. When that need for a coffee hits on the way out of BNA and options are limited, I don't have issue stopping by Green Beans.
