The minute we entered into this place, we experienced the most wonderful Manager (Tony).....She was so inviting that we a going back to Green Hills Bar and Grill.They advertise the "Best Hambuger" in Nashville.....well they are telling the TRUTH! That's not all....they have THE BEST Peach Cobbler I've ever tasted in a Restaurant. Additionally if you love Salmon Dip....OMG!!!! You've got to go to this place!!!!Toney (Mgr), YOU ARE THE BEST! My wife is planning a Women's overnight trip and they will be dining with you! You should be the face of that place.Ps I didn't mention the Fruit Tea made in House because I want it all to myself. Today we met some friends for a late lunch. We were thrilled to see Mary’s smiling face! What a wonderful surprise to find one of Nashville’s treasures at GHG! Everything was wonderful, thanks to Mary.

I made reservations on RESY, indicating this was for our anniversary. Initial service was prompt, and our food was good. Unfortunately, that’s where everything fell apart. Our server disappeared, while several servers were falling all over themselves to talk at another table with customers they apparently knew. This went on for something like 25 minutes. As I told the manager, the food was great, but I never felt less important in my life. No acknowledgement of the special day. Not the best way for my wife and I to spend our 47th anniversary. I imagine we will go back, but it won’t be for a special occasion.

I have never been a big fan of this restaurant even back at their old location. We have tried several things off their happy hour menu with the burger and goat cheese salad being our favorite’s. The tacos and guacamole less so. The new space which used to be a grand Mexican restaurant seems a little out of touch with The Green Hills Grille menu for what that’s worth except the window seats in front. They do have an outstanding patio that looks like a dream to eat in very charming and beautiful. To be fair I have not tried anything off their dinner menu since they were in their old location. To order off their dinner menu something incredible and have it on their patio may just be the ticket.
We never got to the food. There were 4 of us seated to eat and we had our emotional support puppy in the restaurant. We dined here many times and we always bring our support dog. This time for whatever reason the manager approached our table to tell us that our emotional support dog who has papers and cards to prove her authenticity was not allowed in the restaurant. She was extremely rude and we got up and left the restaurant never to return!
