I was a contractor building out at the mall and keep coming back for coffee. The two ladies working with the place this morning chatted the whole time and were very social. Coming back just for coffee tomorrow before a trip back home. Definitely recommend to any locals in the area!

The most miserable and rude guy working at this location. Before I even had a chance to order, which was just some milk, he already had a pissed off, fed-up expression and rolled his eyes as I spoke. Did that with all the costumers. I don’t expect fake friendliness, trust me, I lived in New York, but wow, this guy should be working somewhere else.

Nice location unfortunately the Americano I ordered was quite plain.pricing of coffees here are reasonable. Found food pricing high. Perhaps because it is a mall outlet. Prompt service. No wait. Not much atmosphere perhaps because it is in the mall.

this is my second visit at gregory’s, i got the salted caramel cold brew my first time and it was so delicious i had to come back, this time i got the fall out boy iced and it was just as delicious, it’s great having a coffee shop back in opry mills
