Went in there just to play pool and check out a new spot, was immediately confronted by a smug bartender giving me the vibe that I just didn’t belong there.I asked for a beer and how much it would be to play pool, instead of giving me a price she immediately asked for my debit card. I kindly explained that I was going to be paying in cash and repeated my first question as I was going to be paying UPFRONT for everything.She smugged with her completely incorrect attitude and said “that’s not how it works here”. So apparently this place doesn’t want your money, the bartenders just want to farm tips for themselves. I still paid about $2 more for my beer than I usually would at a place literally 30 feet away and left with the confidence that I’ll never be back!Do not go here to learn or play pool, or drink or hangout with friends if you’re looking for a fun and relaxed environment.

Great little place to shoot pool. Love that it's a local long-time establishment. Well-maintained tables. Got there too late to shoot in Tournament on but watch my friend play. He came in 3rd. Excited to shoot today. Hope it's open. I didn't know how to use the jukebox. LOL it's old. But I love it.

Decided to come check this place out while on a trip to Nashville since it was right next to our hotel. Seemed like a cool place from the pictures. Made the mistake of pulling on the front door 2 minutes before they opened, and the girl who works the bar rushes outside and cussed me out to my face. Walked inside only to find a couple of low quality tables with terrible cloth. A serious pool players worst nightmare. I highly recommend you check out Melrose Billiard Parlor if you’re in the area and you’re looking to play pool. Professional tables and professional staff. ?
