If I could give the place a 0 I would’ve. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE from the owner himself. We ordered two bowls of pho and the tilapia chips. My girlfriend and I were unhappy with the chips after trying them and politely asked our server if it could be sent back. She informed us she would have to speak to the owner. After getting the owner we let him know the same thing we told our server. He then went on a whole rant of how we just didn’t like fish for real and we shouldn’t have order it to begin with and that we needed to essentially suck it up. He also raised his voice at the both of us in an attempt to embarrass us inside the restaurant. Afterwards we were uncomfortable and didn’t want anything and informed our server of this and she got the owner again to which he tried to argue with us AGAIN. I would never recommend this to someone nor would I go back ! Super unprofessional.

I ordered takeout beef pho and opened my container to raw meat. DO NOT recommend, I cooked it when I got home. In my tray you can see the meats blood water

I visited Nashville for Thanksgiving and I was craving Ramen so my sister took me here. She was raving about this basil fried rice or something. We were all disappointed. Her rice was the only good thing on our table. We all ate but I think we were expecting more flavor. My egg wasn't the typical soaked ramen egg. It was okay. I didn't finish my soup. I mostly just ate the chicken tempura. I wanted a sushi roll but I don't eat seafood. I wish they had vegetarian options. They only had avocado but it didn't come with anything. They could do an avocado cream cheese and cucumber at least. Idk it wasn't that great.

Awesome restaurant!! Best sushi and pho in Tennessee!! Owner is always very kind and remembers his regulars and actually cares about them!! Pho has no MSG because it's that awesome! Sushi is always fresh and delicious!!
we got the gyoza, spicy beef ramen, fried rice & the crab roll all of them were terrible. you can’t mess up gyoza and it was straight mush w no flavor. The ramen tastes like it was straight from the store it was nasty. the rice was barely even eatable, all you could taste is basil. nvr going back that’s fs.

We love Hai's as our go to sushi place. We are always recognized when greeted by the owner. They know our favorites and have great suggestions for new choices. I really love classic sushi and sashimi. I can reliably find my favorites here, and some other delicacies on the specials list. In addition, their thai menu rocks, and there are plenty of modern sushi roll choices. Very creative and delicious! Thank you Hai's and staff!
Couldn’t have chosen a better place to eat. I had the fire sushi burrito it was amazing. Auroia was a good friendly awesome host/waitress. We will definitely return.
