Staying next door at the Avid hotel, had a sign for the Hangar in the lobby. I just arrived in Nashville and was starving but didn't want to go out into rush hour traffic, ordered bbq wings that were decent, Mac and cheese that was an absolute joke that was bland with no seasoning whatsoever and the peach cobbler that was basically granola crumbles laid on top of peach mush with some juice, they should be ashamed to even serve that. It cost me $34 to be totally disappointed to where I felt almost disrespected with that laughable meal. I would have rather fought with the traffic on a skateboard or bike to go elsewhere

We travel a lot and I must say that JR the bartender is absolutely amazing. He is so attentive for drinks and food at the bar. He remembered our names every time we came down for drinks and food.

The bartender was amazing and super friendly, but they barely had any options. I tried to order the French dip and they were out. They were also out of the ribeye. So, I tried to play it safe and order a burger, but they didn’t even have buns. I hate to leave a bad review because the bartender, like I said, was the best, but he was even embarrassed that they didn’t have food options available. Another guest was trying to order a drink and he said the bar was out of that liquor, but he didn’t have access to the liquor closet to get more out. It’s a shame that they have such wonderful employees, but they don’t supply them with the resources they need.

Guest at the hotel. Came down at 9:20 and sat for over 20 minutes, until 9:45, and wasn’t even acknowledged. There were a couple people eating at the bar and there was one group of like five people in the corner who had received food. Looked like only one guy working who clearly didn’t care. Nobody else appeared to be helped either. So I just gave up and walked in the 96° heat to Waffle House. I would not describe this as a “full service hotel.”

My son and I were booked at your hotel on June 10th and 11th. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the 10th. CHRISTINE couldnt have been any nicer or attentive. She was working alone and never skipped a beat. Thank you Christine.

Hotel bar/restaurant. Better than average. Good selection of craft Tennessee Whiskeys, bourbons, and TN craft beers. Not much about cocktails. Spacious bar. Friendly, but rather slow service. Beers served in correct styles of glassware but NOT pint fills, although typical pint prices. Food was well prepared and actually reasonably priced for type and location. Atmosphere was quiet on a slow night. There are better choices for food and beverage in the area, but require travel. For either of the two hotels nearby it’s a solid and convenient choice. Far better than most bars or restaurants associated with chain hotels.

Nice restaurant. Friendly and courtesy staff. Good pours and attentive. Food presentation is good but flavors are hit or miss. Breakfast omelet was good. The cauliflower bites were edible. The chicken was tasty. Nothing stands out though. This is at best a par level restaurant, but closer to sub par... the drinks and staff are very good. We stayed in the hotel and had dinner and breakfast. I would not consider dinner here. Just get breakfast, especially if you have celiac.

Dietary restrictions: Breakfast omelet can be made safe. Dinner, not so much.

This place was a great pick. We had an early flight. Shuttle to the airport was free and convenient (short trip). All the staff were friendly. Kelly at the desk booked our room (over the phone). We met her when we checked in. She was just as friendly in person as on the phone. The restaurant was good. Again the service was very friendly. I wish I got the name of the young lady that waited on us... Super nice. The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. I never reviewed a bathroom before but this bathroom was amazing. Large, well stocked, good products and a smart mirror. Yes you can connect your phone and play music while you get ready. If I had to find something negative to say it would be (depending on the winds) you might hear an airplane or two when they take off, but it's not bad (didn't lose any sleep). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

An outstanding hotel located in Nashville, Tennessee. As Choice Privileges Diamond Members we were able to park close to the front door. With a baggage cart, automatic sliding front doors, and fast elevators we were able to get to our room quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The room had darkening shades contributing to a restful night. We especially liked the wood floors instead of carpet. In the morning, we had breakfast in the Hanger Cafe located in the hotel. We paid cash for our meal which was reasonably priced for the Nashville area.

We were impressed by our room. It was small, but clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the usb and even usc ports all over the room. I will say that the pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures and the restaurant/bar has very limited hours.
