Realistically I’d probably give them a 4.5 but I’m not going to dock a whole star for the minor things I think need improvement!Atmosphere was great. Super vibey and it would be a great place to work! Good vibes.Service was great. This was a quaint and chill spot to enjoy a warm latte on a winter morning. I appreciated the second room which has some comfy chairs. There is also a bookstore attached which is pretty cute and convenient! It took about 10 minutes for my coffee to come out but the environment was fine to chill and wait in :)Parking: Residential street parking that is easy to access on a Friday morning.

The breakfast sandwich i got was delicious and the coffee wasn't bad! the vibe inside is comforting and it's really conveniently placed next door to a nice book shop. Will definitely be back!
