Maybe I need to try other dishes here, but with so many other options around, the rice bowl wasn’t enough for me to want to come back. The flavor was okay, but the rice was super sub-par… watery and mushy. Between the amount of food you get for the price and the quality of the food, there are better options within Assembly Food Hall.
The pork belly baco was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life!
Very tasty food. However, I ordered a large size. I kind of felt like I received a small portion in a large bowl. So the cost-benefit was about 70% satisfaction.

7/22 - 7/26/2025 : Han's Banh Mi at Nashville's Assembly Food Hall is known for its Vietnamese BBQ pork sandwich. Despite some comments about the bread, the BBQ pork banh mi has flavorful fillings. The bread is light and crispy, which complements the savory BBQ pork and pickled vegetables.
The beef pho appeared authentic and appetizing based on observations of other customers. The cooks worked hard to keep up with the orders, preparing dishes efficiently despite the large number of customers.
While some patrons might find the portions small and with very little flavor, some find the prices to be high compared to other delis in the city, it is important to remember this is a food hall setting and the pricing reflects that. Other five-star Vietnamese restaurants may cater to those seeking a larger quantity of food at a higher price.
You want a 5 stars Vietnamese food, you go to a 5 stars Vietnamese restaurant that will charge you a 5 stars pricing for your 5 stars stomach. Happy people focus on what they have. Unhappy people focus on what is missing. Maybe they should stick to the national fast-food chain for a more healthier meal options.

Their service was friendly and quick. We got our pho and char siu Banh Mi in less than 5 min. Our large size pho didn't come as large as we thought but the flavor was good. The banh mi had great buns and a nice crunch with fresh veggies.

The tofu bahn mi is fantastic! Just order it with no mayo. Very authentic and well done. I wish I had room to eat another one!
Very delicious food

The tofu Banh Mi sandwich is terrible, the bread was bland, tofu unseasoned, and there wasn't any mayonnaise. The carrots were the only flavor. Vegetarians avoid!
First time at this food court. Grabbed beef pho 🍲 at Han’s Banh Mi and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered it with extra jalapeños. Drank a lemonade. Lots of food choices here and tables for eating with companions.
Very delicious!

Great chicken ban. Very good and tasty
Fast and friendly service but the beef pho was not Good.
They serve chow fun noodles (wider rice noodle made specifically for stir fry) instead of the thinner Pho noodles (thinner noodles absorb broth flavor) so the noodles literally taste like plain rice.
The broth was synthetic and way too oily with very little beef flavor so I’m confused how this could be since the natural oils from beef bones is where the flavor is.
I actually had to add the packaged Hoisin sauce (I never use in pho) just to give a little flavor but it didn’t help. The sliced beef was dry and extremely chewy.
Overall, the taste was a 1/5.
I didn’t finish my bowl cuz it just was a bowl of flavorless mush.
The Pho is not Good. Sorry.
🔥🔥🔥
I got the vegan Pho, it was delicious.
Broth was decent flavor for a fast food Pho place. Not as beefy flavor I like.
Portion size was a little small for a$ 10 medium Beef Pho.
3-4 pieces of beef total was disappointing.
Not a fan of the vermicelli rice noodle myself so be aware if you aren’t either.
Vietnamese iced coffee was great.
Staff was nice and quick.
