Booth was broken. All our Food came out cold and inedible. Server had no response to the quality of the food. We asked for a manager, he offered no response or resolution so we walked out starving.
Wait staff didn't wait for the whole party to sit was taking the food order before we even had. Drinks. Asked several times to wait till the last two got there. Mixed the food order up and the food was cold.
Excellent customer service from the second we walked in the door until we left. We got the fajitas and they did not let us down! Everything was fantastic!
My family of 4 ate at the Hard Rock on Thanksgiving at their buffet. The food was ok, but very salty. The desserts were not very good but servers were very friendly. My biggest issue is the VERY large service fee on top of an already expensive holiday meal, that was not advertised anywhere. It also did not include gratuity, so I needed to add gratuity to make sure out good servers were taken care of. Huge lesson learned. I would not recommend going to the Hard Rock for a holiday meal.
We went for thanksgiving dinner. For the price per person it was disappointing. A very small buffet - two meats and maybe 5 sides? The quality of the food wasn't great either. There were 8 of us and it was $500 without tip. Definitely not worth $65 a person. However, the bartender downstairs was incredible!
Had really great drink and food menu options. We always love exploring a new Hard Rock location and had not been here yet even though we live in the area. Definitely will be back again!
We had a party of 26. We sat at 4 different tables. The service was first rate. Good great. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Hard Rock!!
I really wanted to show my girls a real Hard Rock like when I was a kid. Unfortunately the service was really slow and apathetic despite that the place was practically empty - except the kid selling in photos; he was right there - and the food was mediocre at best. It's a Robert Earle store so it shouldn't be surprising that the food wasn't good. He's more concerned with celebrity than quality. My girls had the chicken tenders - hard to screw up, you'd think. Dry and flavorless. And the buffalo wings were still bloody! 🤮 I think I had the best thing of the night - the chicken red pepper mac n cheese thing which was literally ok. The chicken was just cooked enough. Still made me nervous. The biggest positive: the 90 minutes of free parking. Luckily we're local so the electric didn't taint a vacation or anything. I just wanted to try something different. But we won't be bringing any guests in anytime soon. Too many non-“corporate chain” restaurants that deserve the business to waste time on a place that doesn't care anymore.
We really enjoy Hard Rock Cafe, and this one is terrific as well! The food was excellent. We had the pulled pork sandwich, which was great. The service was outstanding. They had a small shop inside, and a little bit larger one outside, with just a little bit different selection. I did expect to hear more country music, but it is called hard rock Café, and not hard country Café! Overall, highly recommended.
Bubba, our bartender was amazing. Friendly, funny, and made great drinks. Strong yet very palatable. 10/10🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Bubba is the absolute best, made the trip. Had fun at the bar, making drinks based on our likes. Best bartender around for sure
We went during the lunch hour. It wasn't busy. There is a small lot outside the restaurant. The lot was full when we arrived. We ended up parking in a ramp a block away. Parking was by the hour. There was a live performer while we were there. Not sure who, but we enjoyed the music while we ate. Food was good.

Well their ovens were down so we couldn't get any food so we had happy hour beers. They also charge about $30 an hour to park. The best thing you can do in that area is Park all day for $40 and stay all day and night. They did have a great gift shop down the block very nice employee in there. The gentleman at the entrance to the Hard Rock was very kind
