Never go on lunch or if you’re in a hurry. Half the time they are closed early. Take forever to make your food and it’s still cold. Wouldn’t recommend. Gave them multiple chances

Straight up refused to serve me. I was on tight schedule at work and need a place to get food fast and get back to work and while people were in the building they refused to serve me food. Absolutely unacceptable

I ordered a chicken and biscuit and the girl repeat it back the girl repeat it back just a biscuit? I had no clue she was insinuating a combo because she only said a biscuit. So I had two girls on the mic just being extra rude as if I didn't know what I was ordering. Got to the window and apologize for the misunderstanding only to not be acknowledged. So I told her not to worry about it..... I'll spend my money elsewhere. I pulled off. I will not let unprofessional bad customer service still my joy. As bad as I wanted my sandwich and drove out of the way to get it before work I drove away with peace. They need to be taught positive customer service.
