I’m sure the foods great but I wouldn’t know because the lobby is always closed. I’m here at 6:36am. Supposed to open up at 5 like every other Hardee’s. Been like this since I’ve worked in the area for almost a year. Get it together

At 3:30 pm on 10/26/23 they said that they are not taking orders at that moment. Didn't really give me a reason, they just didn't want to take my order. I personally wouldn't go to this place cause I just sense a lot of laziness from this Hardee's.

Ridiculously slow! Took us 10+ minutes to get our food. They ended up LOCKING THE DOORS while we were in here and focusing only on drive thru. People were walking up trying to get in and staring at us. One guy squealed around the building and flipped the drive thru off as he drove by! All of this while they had at least FIVE employees behind the counter. I’ve seen much more efficient operations with less people.

We were at the Hardee's on haywood lane in nashville tn this morning and we ordered the country fried steak biscuits combo and tea medium size.And three times the gave us ham cheese biscuit and they finally got are order right the third time around. And it is only 1 cashier and 1 cook and you are not aloud in the building at all. They do not even know what there song and they gave my mom an attotude..They are just there to play not work and the employees also do not take there job seriously they need to hire people that take there job very seriously qnd there life very seriously. If you can't then you need to shut the business down

Waited quite awhile for my food and shakes.Got the shakes, and was told, Thanks have a good day. Had to remind them I had food too. She then just turns around and grabs a bag that was already there. The food was cold.
