The customer service is always on point. The workers are friendly and usually fast. Breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all always fresh. There are closer locations to my home however I travel to the Okd Hickory location because typically it is a great experience.

I stop for breakfast a few times a week and lately the food has been thrown together, burnt stale and just disgusting. These biscuits can’t be made fresh every day with that hard texture. The sausage has been burnt to crisp in my order this morning which was my final straw. I usually check my food before leaving but I was in a rush. Customer service is good but the food is going to shit and honestly not worth money.

The young guy in the kitchen for lunch makes the best sandwiches.
Disgusting, ordered a Frisco ham/egg sandwich, they literally took bread out of Package and put meat in between and served without ever toasting it, then blueberry biscuit box had like this this bacon grease all around box...count me out this place is disgusting and should be shutdown....horrible please dont ho here

The morning staff, service, and customer focus at this location is exemplary. The drive-thru service is always great, but went inside today and saw how the staff really shines. As a military veteran family, I greatly appreciate their support of veterans.
