Service is terrible. If you get a biscuit around 6-6:30am. Just know it’s meat and biscuits they probably made 2 and half hours ago. They won’t care what you get. Just as long as you get out of there. In an old hickory resident. Have been for 32 years. This Hardee’s has always been a problem.

check your bags every time you order , something will be missed. sometimes the whole meal will be missing. no clue what’s going on with this store but it’s not worth it
The customer service is always on point. The workers are friendly and usually fast. Breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all always fresh. There are closer locations to my home however I travel to the Okd Hickory location because typically it is a great experience.
