The customer service is always on point. The workers are friendly and usually fast. Breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all always fresh. There are closer locations to my home however I travel to the Okd Hickory location because typically it is a great experience.

The morning staff, service, and customer focus at this location is exemplary. The drive-thru service is always great, but went inside today and saw how the staff really shines.
