I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!
Super tasty chicken- even better service. If it’s out of your way, or on your way to the airport, it’s so worth it! From the floats and fried pickles to the sauce and the fall off the bone chicken- they’ve got the flavors covered.
Solid hot chicken sandwich for sure but kinda filthy, garbage on floor, dirty or smeared counter top. I got mine to go.

It was not a very busy time at the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for my order to be ready and when I got it, the chicken was barely above room temperature. Gross! Hattie B’s you can do better than this. $15 wasted.

Monday lunch time. The place smells of rancid fryer grease. They need to change it out. The chicken strips reflected. "The hot" masks the "fowl" Ness of this fact. Was edible but, definitely not on par with what you expect in the city.
On top of that your clothes will pick up this slight odor. Whoch is why I took it far away from the diner.
Better to go hungry then patron this location. Unleas you really love hot sauce. And dont care what's underneath it.

The chicken was good and the fried Pickles tasted great. I also had the Peach cobbler and icecream.

The food is good but the wait is extremely long. Of course it doesn’t help that the staff is sitting in the kitchen, joking around drinking their free drinks and eating ice cream while there’s over 20 people waiting for their food. The place would be better if the staff actually worked.
As I had a layover today I decided to have Hattie B's Chicken. What I observed was very polite employees. With the busyness of the airport and masses of people being upbeat and positive can bw a challenge at times. This was not the case for Ms. Tiara! She was tasked with cleaning counters and the wipes used would cause them to looked smeared once dried. I merely suggested to her to use paper towels to dry the counters for a better result. She took that and applied what I shared with no rebuttal. In a day and time where young people don't listen she did. Because of her willingness to listen and try a suggestion I believe she will go far in her future endeavors. Thank you Tiara!

Chicken and honey biscuit was delicious! Biscuit was flaky but also had crispy edges which I loved. The comeback sauce with the tater tots was also really good. Great breakfast before our flight took off

Bradley was an absolute delight and the food was just as delicious as you’d find out on Broadway! Thank you for the hospitality - Your biggest Chicago fans! B&

Nice staff, fast service, but someone needs to train the chicken cook.
My 3 piece was cold, over breaded, and chewy. Terrible.
Fries were good.

The cashier ADDED A 25% TIP!!! She also charged me $2 for cheese I didn’t ask for. I asked for Mac and cheese and it was neither on my receipt or in my bag. Check your receipts. Don’t eat here. Shady as hell.

Food was good, chicken, on point. Slaw was good. Younger cook eating in kitchen and dipping fries in sauce, they were out of ketchup, no gloves, other cooks had gloves on. The employee bagging the food, is very comfortable at being rude and deliberately taking her time getting food out. I'm sure others are too busy to leave a review, I'm not.

We were very rudely told, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, that none of the sides were available to order. That's like half of the experience. No fries, cobbler, or Mac and Cheese available. How is that even possible? Chicken was wonderful, but the service, and unpreparedness tarnished the experience. The person taking the order was yawning every five seconds and giving blank rude stares at customers, like she was bothered.
