We tried out Hottie B’s because of the hype. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a lackluster one. As mentioned in other reviews, the service provided here is questionable. That’s even if you consider this is a fast food chain.
The food was above average. The fries were crispy and fresh, the mac and cheese was better than a typical fast food grade one, but the chicken was just chicken. It lacked uniqueness which would make Hottie B’s standout amongst its competitors.

Didn’t get a chance t make it over to the main Hattie B’s so I had to settle for some airport Hattie B’s. Still delicious and the staff was able to keep things moving really quickly. It wasn’t quite the same but still very good.

I’m not sure what was happening today but it seemed like I was inside of a twilight zone while waiting for my food. Every worker has zero urgency and seems to me that they don’t want to be there maybe just collecting hourly wage. luckily I was able to get a refund but that also took way too long. You would think that they would have some urgency because they’re in an airport and people need to catch flights, but it really seems that they don’t want to be there at all. Not only that, but the cashier walked away in the middle of taking our order. I’ve worked in service my entire life and I’ve never experienced something so terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to Shake shack 10 feet down.

Kelcie at the front was absolutely horrrible. She appears to be very miserable. I am obviously not from here, never been to this restaurant and has no clue how the spice worked.. she was so irritated that she had to explain it to me. She needs to learn how to be kind… or go work at a desk where you don’t interact with people.

This was my 1st time having Hattie B's. The line was long (it moved quickly) and I know why. The food is cooked to order so it was hot and fresh. I asked for condiments and didn't need to use any. The chicken (crisp) and waffles were perfect moist and flavorful. Pickled cheese dip went great with the fries but I dipped my chicken in it as well. This food was so good.

The cashier on shift whom took my order “NITA” was extremely nice and had excellent customer service
I've never been to this airport before (let alone Tennessee) and I decided on a whim to grab some Nashville hot chicken as I don't know when I'll be back.
The only regret that I have is not going here sooner. I tried the medium spice chicken sandwich with fries as a side and a cup of the comeback sauce on the side. The chicken itself had a great crispiness to it, the flavor was fantastic, and the spice was just to my liking. The fries were seasoned well and also had a nice crispiness that paired well with my new favorite sauce in their comeback sauce.
I don't know if I'll be in the Nashville airport again, but I would absolutely stop here again for food if I find myself here.

Yesterday I ordered 5 chicken tenders(hot), 5 chicken tenders(damn hot), 2 sides of Patoto fried and 2 sides of potato salad. They gave me two Togo boxes which I ideally thought have them all but it only had 3 chicken tenders each. One box has just fries and other has just salad. They scammed me of 2 sides. This is second time I’m facing such issues here. I don’t know if it is same for everyone or just Indian me.

I was told Hattie B's is an absolute must-see eat when visiting Nashville. It was pretty good. It is to Nashville what In N Out is Los Angeles ... tasty but overrated. I had better hot chicken during my trip, but that Hattie B's was still pretty darn good and, more over, the best airport food I've had in a while.

Today was my first time trying Hattie B’s Hot Chicken. The cashier was extremely rude and would not look us in our eyes. He barely acknowledged us while we ordered. My husband said thank you after the transaction and he said nothing. There was another worker nearby who saw the entire interaction and she just looked at him shaking her head and whispered “I’m sorry,” to us.
While we waited for our food I saw him interact with the man behind us with a different skin color. I hope that something was said to correct his behavior between our transaction and this man, and this was not all due to skin color. I hope the managerial staff will train their workers to have pleasant customer service for all customers. If not, he should not be in a service job with his disposition.
Overall the food was good. We ordered the tenders (Hot), a sandwich (Med), fries, a peach cobbler and ice cream. I liked the tenders. My husband liked his sandwich. The fries were alright. The cobbler was just okay and didn’t have many peaches.
Based upon my interaction with the cashier, I am not sure that I will revisit.

I came here Saturday evening around 7 and I asked the guy working “Are you guys open?” and he yelled out “Yes!” When I approached the register, he very loudly yelled out “We’re closed!” After he JUST said they were open. He was very rude and nasty for no reason. I’m a flight attendant who had been delayed all day and was finally happy to make it home and just wanted something to eat before I go home. Imagine my surprise when I see that this place actually closes at 10:00 PM. So either he lied or the business needs to update their hours due to inaccuracy. Regardless, I would never come here again due to his unnecessarily rude interaction.
