I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!
Super tasty chicken- even better service. If it’s out of your way, or on your way to the airport, it’s so worth it! From the floats and fried pickles to the sauce and the fall off the bone chicken- they’ve got the flavors covered.
It was amazing food. The staff were very friendly and we got our food quickly. It was a little crowded but that's what happens when you have some of the best chicken in Nashville. Overall it was an amazing experience with great food and I would definitely recommend stopping by.

The fried pickles were good, a little too battery for me, just preference. Fries have a really good seasoning. We got southern chicken, so it was not hot. Fyi..mild is hot. Baked beans were really good.
Know that parking is difficult.

So delicious. Five of us ordered to go while driving through Nashville. Ready on time and perfect. Mild was not too spicy at all but the come back sauce has a little kick. The cheesy bacon grits were so divine!

Food was delightful! Everything you want in a crispy sandwich. The spice level was perfect and the meat proportion to bun was ideal!! The fries were the perfect amount of crispy. The atmosphere was your typical sandwich-sport vibe, nothing special but it was pleasant!

Hattie B's is consistently great! Anytime we're in Nashville near meal time, we stop by to eat. Their chicken is huge and tastes delicious. The pimento mac and cheese and potato salad are both really good too.
