The food here is delicious and well worth the wait! There was a line out the door and I want to say we waited for around 30 minutes before making it to the front. Once we ordered we got our food pretty quickly. I ordered Fried 3 Tenders (mild heat) with pimento Mac & cheese and red skin potato salad as my two sides with sweet tea to drink. Everything was outstanding! The mild heat was just enough for me, just a tiny kick to it. We ate out on the patio which was great with the nice weather outside and it's covered so we didn't have to cook in the sun.

Mobile order to avoid the line. Also another tip is to order the tenders and order each one as a different spice level if you're spice curious. Phil, the manager, was very friendly and resourceful to me as a Nashville hot chicken noob. I could really tell he works hard along with his team to keep this spot running smoothly not just as management but also helping alongside his staff pitching in as needed.

Ordered the half chicken and it was enough for 2 people. Half was mild and the other was medium. Both were really tasty but I couldn't tell the different in the spice level. Maybe I had the medium one first. Both were perfectly seasoned, juicy and crispy. Also had the mac n cheese and grits. I love mac n cheese but I loved the grits here more. A server bumped into me and said loudly, "Sorry honeybun!" I'm from the SF Bay Area and they mumble a sorry or don't say anything at all so it made me smile. There was a long line but it was expected and the food came out pretty quickly after we ordered. Loved the hip hop music they were playing. I'd come back!

The banana pudding was my fav. Breast was my go to. Wish ice has refill. Sides are okay. Service was good and prompt. Did not like wing being attached to the chicken breast as it was not cool talking it apart. It should be separated

We ordered mild as we were told it gets very spicy. SERVICE Recommend ordering ahead and going to pick up, we did this so we didn't have to wait in line. Line for all locations wrap around the building.

Quite simply, the best chicken I have ever eaten! I was visiting Nashville, and had to try hot chicken. I heard this place is top notch, so I waited in like like everyone else. The line moves quick, but expect to wait about 30-45 minutes. Let me tell you though, what a wait it was worth.I got the half birdy (which I recommend wholeheartedly) and it was phenomenal. So juicy and tender. The spice level was just right, snd the price was very fair. I’m already missing this place now that I am home.Job well done! Simply sensational and now I see what the hype was about!

I used it at 12 noon on weekdays. There were about 20 people in line, but we were able to order and be seated within 15 minutes. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. very delicious. For those who don't like spicy food, choose Mild or Medium, and for average people, choose Medium or Hot. According to the internet, Hattie B is aimed at tourists, according to locals, so if you want to try other hot chicken after eating Hattie B, please go to Red's Hot Chicken near the Parthenon! Although it has a lot of potatoes, it is also delicious!
