S E R V I C E great service. we were immediately helped. friendly staff. attentive. ambiance was relaxed F O O D honeycomb: honeycomb candy, marshmlow fluff, cocoa nibs buttermilk chess pie milkshake: cookie jar supreme : homemade cookies, brownies, classic oreas milkshake, vanilla bean Googoo and jack: nashvilles googoo candy, fudge, Carmel ripper and Jack Daniel's the flavors are amazing. strong like Jenis. unique. taste test before you commit! milk shakes are too milky. so much so that the flavor is watered down. shame. the ice cream was amazing though! definitely hit the spot P R I C E $10 for double $9 for milkshake 15% tip

I stopped here to cool my mouth after eating some hot chicken. The ice cream is great, both in texture and flavor. The flavor I had was made with Jack Daniels and goo goo pieces. Highly recommend a quick stop.

It was an overall a 360 - 5+ stars for us. We went there for a birthday event. The two staff members were so very hospitable, courteous and professional. I asked for their names to put into this review to provide them due credit directly, but they for some reason thought it was for a critical review. I think they were quite unaware of just how strong of quality they were providing, just goes to show how natural and genuine it was. Thank you again, we will definitely be back for more!Kid-friendliness: They love children here, our children had such a fun and enjoyable time. You go to some places that barely acknowledge a children's presence. They did a little birthday dance and song without even being asked to do so. Such genuine people. It was a very, very special first impression of Hattie Jane's Creamery!

I was grateful to have a gluten free dairy free option. Especially one not made with almond milk (this was coconut based). Even with chocolate syrup it was just okay... would not go back. Does not even hold a candle to Jeni's.

A lovely stop and worth walking over from the Frist Museum. Its buried in the food hall and a little tricky to find. We were standing in line at Hattie B's when i realized our error. They offer a nice selection of flavors, bold and sweet (closer to 31 flavors). The base is excellent and flavor great.

I couldn't resist after seeing so many people having gotten something sweet from here. I got a single scoop of the Bourbon Cherry Pie on a waffle cone and it really hit the spot. The girl scooping the ice cream was very friendly and her offering free tasting la real sealed the deal even though I went with the one sample. I wish there was an option for a kiddie size. It was more than what I wanted for portions and to satisfy a craving.

We went and tried this place out for their grand opening in Donelson. It was ok. The mint chocolate chip ice cream definitely tasted like it was overloaded w artificial mint flavoring. I also had one other flavor that I ended up not eating. The texture of the ice creams were a bit icy tasting. Sadly, I wasn't a fan of this place. It still ended up costing us $13 even tho they were doing 50% off for grand opening; that was for a single scoop and double scoop in waffle cone.

Great vegan ice cream and vegan cones. Also can make the milkshakes vegan. There were 5 vegan options today- all very unique flavors. Delicious!

We discovered the Assembly Food Hall in Nashville. We were excited to find a diverse selection of eateries within. The food hall is divided into two halves. We found this ice cream shop and it did not disappoint! They had seasonal flavors, your regular flavors and some interesting flavors. There is plenty of seating in the food fall. Service was friendly and efficient. There is a schedule of events for the food hall such as live entertainment and Titans pregame party. Will definitely be back!
