I’ve had breakfast at Hearts a few times and had a pretty decent experience. This last time I tried something new, and got a breakfast wrap that was ok. I wish I had gotten the ricotta pancakes, as they are my favorite thing on the menu. Parking is basically non-existent. You’re better off trying to find street parking outside. I’ve sat inside and outside - beware that there can be a lot of flies outside in the summer which makes the experience tough.

We took our family who were visiting from out of town to Hearts today.
We never got our food. The server forgot to put in our ticket. She was kind and explained what happened. Despite that, we waited another 40 minutes and after we asked for a refund, the manager came by (who hadn’t been by), laid the receipt in front of my husband and said “that’s the best I can do.” She then just walked away. We paid for our drinks and left.
It was a poor experience all around, but it was the response of the manager not taking ownership that was really the issue.
Also, side note - the two four top tables are so wide you can’t really engage with the people at your table.

I’m sure the food is great, but we wouldn’t know. We were there for 1.5 hours, and the waitress didn’t put in our ticket. Once she realized, another 40 minutes passed with no food. We had prepaid our ticket so we could leave as soon as our food came. Since it never came, we kindly, with no fuss, asked for a refund. The manager was rude when we made that request and made us pay for our drinks. The end.

Mediocre small portion for the price
The espresso martini changed my life. I stopped doing crack and got a job at Gallatin Tire just so I could be close to it. If I could lease an apartment inside one of the espresso martinis, I would.
Also great service.

Food and service were stellar. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the space is bright and energetic, but a little cramped for my preference. Folks using mobility aids or bigger bodies may not prefer it.

Everything was on point! Thank you Sam and James for the wonderful service! Oatmeal, French Toast, egg sandwich, hashbrowns, orange juice & Coffee were outstanding! I can’t get over the plants and how they made the place even better.

I had a lovely morning at Hearts! The lavender latte was perfectly balanced—floral, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. The breakfast burrito hit the spot and left me full and happy. I was greeted with a warm smile at the door and felt genuinely welcomed. Service was fast, friendly, and thoughtful. Can’t wait to come back!

Very expensive, small portions with missing essentials like chocolate syrup for the pancakes, plus the waitress was not enthusiastic. The place is a bit tiny too.

Went for Sunday brunch, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Brunch Bowl. I would never have thought to combine the ingredients in this bowl, but my oh my, did it work. Pro tip, if you want to go for brunch, get there early.
Food was good, but there was obvious mold on the water bottle brought to the table. We noticed at the start of our time there, as we’d ordered right away the first time the server came to the table. She said she’d be back as we mentioned that we’d likely get a coffee, but never came back to check on us. We stacked our cups and set them to the front of the table with the moldy bottle. Someone dropped our food off, but immediately left without giving us a chance to ask for new water. Our server was doing side work over by the front doors and talking when she made eye contact with us and came back once we were nearly finished with our meals. We ordered coffees to go and our server was gone before we could mention anything else. I paid, and a different server came over to collect my card and bring it back. We mentioned the mold on the bottles and she said “oh! We have extra tops for whenever that happens.” Then took the bottle and left. So clearly the mold is an issue but nobody is checking before filling and bringing these bottles to the table. We weren’t checked on at all, so the only times we saw our server was to order and to pay. It was busy when we’d come in, so we understood. But by the time we got our food half the restaurant had cleared out and we watched all the servers socializing and talking by the front door. Overall frustrating experience, but the food is good and it’s a very cute spot. Our server was also very nice, just not attentive or very observant. Probably best to go during a slower time, order to go, or bring your own water.
