Quite steep prices for what you get, in my opinion. Not rushing to return.

I’m here for the attitude of the girl who was working the window.. Came in with some friends as this was our first time, and waited a little too long to be served. My friend, politely, went up to the counter to the right and asked about seating, and as she did, the girl was so rude. Nasty attitude. As well as that, we waited outside, and she decided to say “if you’re not here to order in the window, move over there” in the most disrespectful and gross way possible. I don’t know who trained her, but she does not have the proper customer service etiquette to be working with people.

Freezing cold, couldn’t turn the heat up as the thermostat is locked by the owner, the plates were cold causing the food to be cold, charge for black coffee refills, and make you pay credit card fees when paying with credit. Food was mediocre at best with no gluten free options which is weird for East Nash.

We ate here this past Monday (10/27/2025) at around 11am. Our waitress was fantastic, friendly, and very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu!
Food was delicious, so much so that my wife and I agreed that Hearts is our new favorite brunch establishment in Nashville (and we've been to many of them)! The Mocha they served was likely the best one I've had, ever (and again, I've had plenty of coffee at many other restaurants). Well done, Hearts!
Parking is a bit limited so be prepared to walk a bit if you show up on a weekend or a busy time of day

Wow! Yummy breakfast items like a warm sausage roll to die for! Avocado toast and the breakfast burrito were excellent! Our waitresses made us feel so welcome and were easy going but efficient, letting us take our time ordering. Love this place! Highly recommend!

I’ve had breakfast at Hearts a few times and had a pretty decent experience. This last time I tried something new, and got a breakfast wrap that was ok. I wish I had gotten the ricotta pancakes, as they are my favorite thing on the menu. Parking is basically non-existent. You’re better off trying to find street parking outside. I’ve sat inside and outside - beware that there can be a lot of flies outside in the summer which makes the experience tough.

We took our family who were visiting from out of town to Hearts today.
We never got our food. The server forgot to put in our ticket. She was kind and explained what happened. Despite that, we waited another 40 minutes and after we asked for a refund, the manager came by (who hadn’t been by), laid the receipt in front of my husband and said “that’s the best I can do.” She then just walked away. We paid for our drinks and left.
It was a poor experience all around, but it was the response of the manager not taking ownership that was really the issue.
Also, side note - the two four top tables are so wide you can’t really engage with the people at your table.

I’m sure the food is great, but we wouldn’t know. We were there for 1.5 hours, and the waitress didn’t put in our ticket. Once she realized, another 40 minutes passed with no food. We had prepaid our ticket so we could leave as soon as our food came. Since it never came, we kindly, with no fuss, asked for a refund. The manager was rude when we made that request and made us pay for our drinks. The end.
