The Nash hot chick sandwich wasn't as spicy as I like even though I ordered hot.

Apparently if the chicken has a bone in they will no longer cook your food after 8. I dunno of any place that takes an hour to cook a chicken breast or some wings. Essentially they don't want to work, just awful service. Food quality was okay, I've had way better though. Would recommend Hottie Bs or Party Fowl honestly.

Horrible. The food is actually outstanding, but the service is an absolute zero. The woman that took my order was so rude and nasty. . I'm still shocked. She barely even wanted to acknowledge me in the first place. She was texting on her phone while taking my order. I had to repeat myself 3 TIMES SMH. I asked for tartar sauce and she literally got angry at me. .Not to mention, the inside lobby was filthy and unkept. Customers were all mean mugging and unhappy. I'm a black man, and this actually saddens me :( will NEVER be back again.

Bathroom stinky up the lobby, flies everywhere, overpriced kool aid labeled as juice. This place has went downhill! If it’s not for fish I’m never coming back. No, I’m never coming back again. I waited over 45 minutes, couldn’t get a refund and watched them mess up every single order in front of me. There’s only one person doing her job and everyone else’s job while they walk around looking like zombies

Placed an online order waited 30 mins after order was placed to show up and food was still not ready

Then continued to an additional 20minutes with no food

Server at the front desk had no idea of my online order when I came to pickup and had to show her the receipt on my phone for them to believe me.

Food is decent but service at this location is always lacking

First time eating at Helen’s hot chicken I have to the catfish sandwich it was amazing best catfish I have eaten in a while the service was good but a little on the slow side we waited for 45 minutes to get our food but it was hot and fresh I will eat there again ,probably be best to order a head of time

They were out the food I wanted.

Well I wanted to try this chicken on 3$ leg quarter day which is on Tuesdays. They close at 8pm I got there at 7:40pm the woman at the counter was willing to take my order/also take my money but wasn’t willing to give me the deal on the 3$ leg quarter deal, she said the end that 30 minutes to closing…. Sounds made up and even if it is true that’s very ridiculous!

I came in to order some food, which I proceeded to wait in a single person line. The woman with locs was having a conversation with the guest in front of me, I even sat down and I asked if she could take my order and she was very rude and unprofessional. She insisted the man in front of me was also ordering food but they were chatting about other things. I will never step foot in here again.
