This is the freshest salmon I've ever had. The service was amazing (They were so nice). It was so clean. My daughter said to the server "This is The best Sushi I've ever had, and I would know because sushi is my absolute favorite food." This was hands down the best sushi place in Nashville for a reasonable price.

I will be coming back!!! I ordered the Burmese coconut noodle soup, kyay oh, tea leaf salad, and beef curry with rice. Everything was phenomenal. I haven’t had Burmese food in about four years and this made me VERY happy. The taste is authentic, just like home. The waiter was super nice and thoughtful and I love the panthein umbrellas and Burmese decor!! see you soon ?

Wow! We have been to so many sushi places—all the ones people usually recommended—in Nashville looking for the one we could call home and we’ve always been disappointed. Finally we found it! The sushi was phenomenal and well priced. The staff was kind and chill. Not a “romantic” atmosphere but we just want great sushi! We will definitely be back very soon.

What an amazing Asian food joint in the Plaza Mariachi! Delicious sushi, noodles, Chinese- even some Burmese Garlic Noodles! Wow - after a trip to the Nashville Zoo, you gotta stop here!!
We have ordered takeout twice from Hello Sushi. The Burmese curry had a nice flavor, but the dish used bone-in chicken (which is hard to cut/eat). The chicken egg rolls are great; the veggie ones are mushy and bland. The Mariachi chicken was supposed to be sweet and spicy but there were no jalapenos in it, so it was just sweet (too sweet, really). The sesame chicken was the same: too much sugar. Based on these two dishes I would definitely not order the orange chicken. But we will return to try the noodles, soups, salads and teriyaki chicken. The service is courteous and helpful.

We ordered pickup from Hello Sushi: Burmese curry with chicken, sesame chicken and chicken egg rolls. The egg rolls were outstanding (crisp with a moist, flavorful filling). The sesame chicken was fine ( a little too sweet). I liked the Burmese curry (extremely mild), but will not order it again. The chicken was bone-in and all dark meat. Eating it was a chore. I might try the same dish with beef. On balance, this was a good experience. We will patronize Hello Sushi again.
