The service is subpar considering it’s part of the luxury hotel. Being seated and ordering is nearly impossible. The staff is inattentive even with the restaurant not being busy. All staff wander off to include host, bartender, and waiters.

Some of the worst service I've had in a long time. My fiancée and I were waiting for almost an hour before I'd had enough and got up and went to find where our waiter had scurried off to. Then, after getting him, a different waiter came to take our drink & food order. They were out of what we'd originally wanted to order for food, and our drinks STILL took another 20 mins to come out. Our original waiter came by to apologize, but when I asked him what happened, he gave a mumbling non-answer and slunk back off. When we finally got our food, it was disappointingly sub par, especially given the price point. For $34 (plus tax!) you can have room temp ragu and overcooked duck. I've genuinely had better pasta at Pizza Hut. They offered to comp our drinks and give a free dessert, but even with that, I still spent almost $100 and waisted 2 hours of my life on bad food and worse service.

Went for Valentine’s Day dinner, and was pleasantly surprised. Macy, our server, did an amazing job. She’s definitely one of the good ones! Shout out to the chef as well – food was to die for. Will be back.

The Southern Benny is a fantastic take on a traditional eggs Benedict. The biscuits are seasoned beautifully, and the sausage is delicious. The Henley scramble with added pork belly is also a fabulous choice. The pork belly is incredible! Our server also took our request for a flat white coffee and was willing to learn how to make it. Overall, a very enjoyable brunch. Highly recommend!

Great food and service. Unique and creative recipes. Goat cheese appetizer was outstanding. We also enjoyed the trout and duck ragu.

Finally got a reservation to the Rabbit Hole and is definitely worth the hype. Food were delicious, carely curated, and could taste the effort the chefs put into the experience. The way the different textures, colors, and flavors come together- going to be dreaming about the meal for years to come. Best birthday dinner to date!

Excellent service by every staff member we encountered. However, both of our main course dishes were very disappointing. Our apps, salad, drinks, and dessert were good. There was also a substantial fruit fly situation going on as well - we were swatting away fruit flies the majority of the time we were there. But I do want to stress - the service was great.

Patrick at the bar was super helpful and attentive. Had good menus recommendations. Will be coming back.

I had a great solo meal at the bar where Patrick guided me through the tasting menu option for the eveningl The food was really way better (attractive presentations and ample amounts) than anticipated and really flavorful! These were certainly really creative spins on some seasonal standards. The mocktail was certainly also above par and full of balance and flavor. Guess what- I will be back tomorrow for dinner again- anxiously awaiting more of the creative menu!

we ordered food from here since we stayed at the hotel. we only ordered breakfast and had a few drinks one night. the breakfast was pretty good. i got the henley scramble and it came with scrambled eggs in veggies, sausage gravy, and grits. it was a good plate but needed salt on the grits. we got the side of tater tots in cheese and i thought those were pretty standard. nothing too special but still good.

the dinner menu items were i think too much for me? the main item on the dishes sounded good but it was the items paired with it that didn’t sound good. that’s just my opinion but im giving my review based on what i actually ate.

overall it’s a beautiful restaurant with good food but maybe the dinner menu items just aren’t for my liking.

Had the best experience tonight dining with some friends while in town. Steven was superb and gave great recommendations on what to eat from the menu and we loved every single thing we tried. He was polite, attentive, and made our experience truly enjoyable. We will definitely return!

The choice of food was not great. Still no avocado toast, garbanzo toast instead. I was told a few months ago that it was because of the price of avocados which is a very lame excuse. I am vegetarian and had a very hard time finding something to eat. I ended up ordering two sides as did two of the three people dining with me. Service very slow. I think a wait person must have been sick, no other explanation. I have eaten here several times before and hate to see it has gone downhill.

Came for the Christmas Buffet. If insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result ..then this is insane in the best way possible!

Wonderful staff, incredible food and lovely atmosphere done right! Over and over again!

Looking forward to next year!

Very nice food. Good service. They should inform about special closing time. Had very short time for dinner. It ruined a very special meal.
