I always drove by this nutrition stop and was always eager to try it. Today I finally had time and I was so excited to try their acai bowl. Upon entering the facility staff member quickly greeted me showing amazing customer service, she offered help with anything but I knew I wanted the açaí bowl right away. I was surprised that only 2 toppings come with the bowl and anything after 2 is extra charge but I was fine with it. I stuck with just the 2 toppings. They didn’t have any granola so I subbed for another topping. The staff member apologized for the inconvenience and she was nice so I didn’t mind for the lack of granola. After receiving my bowl I walked straight to car and decided to take a quick scoop to try and was extremely disappointed when I saw I basically had an açaí bowl that was liquid. The whole banana wasn’t even put in the bowl. I was such in a rush that I didn’t go back in the ask for another and just dealt with it. Unfortunately their açaí bowl is not at all what I expected from the lack of topping having to pay extra for more & the açaí being practically juice and not thick. I paid $12 with tip. Maybe I just got a bad batch I’m not sure.

I absolutely love this hole in the wall nutrition store in donelson. The service is always quick and the drink are always great. This is must a have if you live in the surrounding area! Thank you Peyton and Holley for the go vols loaded tea!

I visit this amazing family-owned business daily for their delicious strawberry banana smoothie, and I honestly can't imagine my routine without it. The protein shakes they offer are simply outstanding—creamy, flavorful, and packed with the nutrients I need to recover.
What really sets Nutrition Hub apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by friendly faces, and I've even come to know several regulars who share the same love for this place. There's something special about the community vibe here that makes each visit feel like catching up with old friends.It's refreshing to support a locally owned business that truly cares about its customers and the community.
We need more places like Nutrition Hub in our area! If you're looking for great smoothies, a friendly environment, and a sense of community, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!

1st there, I went in and got a Acai bowl with blueberries and strawberries! The Acai was watery due to her adding more ice than acai! The strawberries were still frozen which she did apologize for because she said she ran out but she should’ve gave me the option to change before adding it to the bowl! But overall the lady was friendly! I just don’t recommend the acai bowl and I probably won’t go back!

I have nothing but amazing words for Holley, Clay and their staff. They are more than accommodating and helpful to anyone that comes into the shop. The prices are so much better than any other shop in this area. If you are new to the shop, then they will offer a "freebie" to you. From the very first time (over a year ago) the service has never changed. If you have an issue, Holley and Clay are always receptive to speaking professionally with any customer. The flavors in the shakes and teas are so good. I have been to many shops in the area and know that the ones at The Hub are the best.

I have to just start out by saying I am so disappointed with the interaction I had with the store owner of this shop today. I am a frequent customer. Ever since I discovered this place it has been my primary spot for protein shakes and protein bites. I spend at least $10 every single time I step in the door. I have drove 55 minutes to come to this spot , posted this place on my social media , recommended my friends & family to eat here as well. I absolutely love their protein shakes they have been my favorite. When I first went in the owner’s husband waited on my boyfriend and I. He was so kind , gave me extra mix ins and toppings didn’t mention a word about it costing extra. But today I ran into an issue when requesting peanut butter scoop in my Reese’s shake.
I just recently started requesting one extra scoop of protein in my shakes because I like to mix my flavors. For example I’ll order Reese’s with an extra scoop of peanut butter. When I first ordered this the owner told me she would have to charge me extra for the powder. I paid for the extra protein powder ended up costing me $15 for the shake. The next time I ordered this same thing the other employee that was there was not occupied by any of the owners- I expected her to charge me but she did not. She did not even mention a charge. Well today 8/2/2024 I walk in and order my usual shake. The owner says “I’m glad you came in today we need to have a talk” I was honestly really confused as to what we would need to talk about but I told her absolutely of course what’s up. She explains to me that all my “additions” cost extra money and “they can’t keep giving me stuff free”. I wasn’t aware that anything I was receiving was free considering I pay almost $15 every. single. time. I. step. foot. into. the. door. She kept says that her “employees” have came to her saying that I’ve been giving them a hard time about these additions they need to charge me for but the only person that has ever mentioned something costing extra was her - the owner that was having an intervention with me during my visit. I stepped outside because I needed to take a minute to collect myself. The entire situation was embarrassing (she did this in front of other customers) and then I walked in and told her I was very uncomfortable and was unable to have the conversation any more. She raised her voice and yelled at me and asked me “WHY IS THIS CONVERSATION MAKING YOU UNCOMFORTABLE?” I start crying and explain that I never expected anything to be free I had no issue paying for any additions I requested. I feel like any charges they wanted to add to my tab should have been done at check out it’s not my responsibility to tell her employee to charge me she should know this I feel like. She yelled at me and said “you walk into a small business wanting stuff free”. Nothing in this entire store has been free for me I have paid for every single thing I’ve ever ordered and I always buy protein bites on top of it which is an additional $4.50. I am absolutely disgusted by the interaction I can’t even believe someone would handle this the way she did and why she even felt the need to tell me that her other employees have been gossiping about me. Extremely unprofessional. She tells me “when dealing with a young person in the work force that’s never had a job you have to be gentle with them”.
No ma’am I think when you hire someone you should explain them your shop policies and what needs to be rang up or not. She even explained she was going to make a special “extra charge” button just for her employees to use on me when I come in so this never becomes an issue again.
What I think? If your store does not have a button already on the computer for extra charge then there is no extra charge. How could her employee had known to charge me if there was no button?
I support small businesses. I have spoke to every employee with kindness , sincerity & love. I genuinely love and value this place with all my heart but the way I was treated was demeaning. I would be embarrassed to

I am very caffeine tolerant but their energy tea made me feel great. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact name of the tea I got but it was really, REALLY good. I typically don't like a ton of ice in my drink, but it is the perfect size and you can much on the tea flavored ice once your done.
I took one sip of the tea and bought 4 of their to~go packs (if you buy 3, you get the 4th free!). I really liked the orange beach one.
The employees that helped me decide which drink to get were super nice & knew the drinks by heart and that was impressive because theres a lot.
I'll be coming back here weekly because the teas were so good and also because one of the employees is also a big *Nsync fan & kindly spent time discussing them with me.
